Annoyed with their customer service. Purchased an industrial earring from Kj a month or so ago& was very happy loved it. It started to hurt after a while and became crusty (which has never happened to me ever) so I wanted to go back in and have him switch it back. I walk in and and he greets me very salty (okay) then I tell him the situation and that it's hurting & he looks at me with a blank stare like I'm making it up and says ok well you have to wait 20-:30 minutes. Really to change a earring that takes approx 3 minutes maybe less I have to wait 30 minutes? Then I said ok can no one else do it for me it's kind of urgent and he says "maybe the girl can "try" but you'll have to wait 20 minutes". & literally just walks away LOL ok no prob... I can wait. Not sure if he knows you can see him through the glass but I see him walk in the back and starts eating! LMAO really? While I'm sitting here in pain from a shitty earring you sold me you're eating your pizza and making your customer wait. No. I will never step foot in there again or recommend him to anyone. Best tattoo/piercing shop in the area! I have gotten two of my tattoos done here by different artists but they both turned out wonderful. Everyone who works here is super friendly and helpful. They will answer any questions/concerns you may have. Also, they have great jewelry and it is reasonably priced! So I got my nose pierced here like 2 years ago by JR.  Long story, but i just had to get it re-pierced. Do not come to this place to get anything done. Even if it is the simplest tattoo. They do not know what they are doing and don't care about anything but the money. They ruined a tattoo of mine that is permanent. No talent what so ever. Go to someone who will show compassion. This place is nothing but a joke. I recently had to have my ears pierced again. I tried a couple of jewelry stores but other than going to the mall it was difficult to find anyone. It usually required an appointment. That is when I found Tattoo 13 on google. They are available and efficient. The man who did the piercing was very kind and fast. Unfortunately within days I had to try and change to a smaller earring and in the process used the old holes and the new ones closed. I ran back in and Kevin fixed immediately. What does I'm sure if I could get a dermal done and to my surprise they responded very quickly yes ma'am we can do that for you. everyone there was very nice accommodating offered me several times to have a drink ... coffee that is or water but my dermal was put in with great care... they wanted to know if I was having any pain they checked the placement of it several times and even when I thought it looked great they wanted to make some adjustments so that it looked perfect. excellent care and when I need to get some tattoos fixed or perhaps a new tat place I would definitely be going back loved it there Read Less

I have a condition where I pass out a lot and it started to flare up a little but everyone there was super nice and they brought me water and Gatorade and fanned me.
