I'm very disappointed in this place I got my tragus done here and I just had to take it out today because it's infected pretty bad. I can barely hear out of my ear it's so swollen. I've followed what they told me to do for after care I've cleaned it 2-3 times a day and if I touch it. From the beginning it was bad the piercing was extremely painful because the owner of the shop did not know how to pierce right apparently after getting the needle threw he started tugging on the needle in my ear trying to put a cork on the sharp end of the needle to pull it the rest of the way threw my ear I asked is it bleeding bad because it felt like it was and he said no it's just a little dot.... Blood was running down the side of my check by the time I got to my car. I have had many piercings before and have never had an infection. I've also had this piercing done before and have had no problems never hurt never got infected now I'm out $45 definitely feel like I got scammed. Read Less

Great customer service , it's very clean inside and I love the set up/decor , reasonable pricing , typically not too long of a wait ..I come here to get my piercings &' they do an excellent job!! 😁 I highly recommend this place for piercings. I haven't gotten a tattoo from here yet but I definitely will! Read Less

M3 used to be the best, it's quite a shame what this shop has succumbed to... Tom is now very unreliable and doesn't tattoo the way he used to. His shop has been my family's go to place for as long as I'm able to remember and used to do awesome work. Now he's just a shaky mess of an artist and that's IF he shows up to his shop for your scheduled appointment. He's tried to blame it on the guy he "sold his shop to" but that does not make up for him missing his own appointments that he personally scheduled. I was stood up twice in a week by Tom, I wouldn't reccomend wasting you're time trying to have him do any work on you. And the guy he's "sold it to" doesn't seem that great either as the shop is now barely even open. Such a shame how far down hill it's gone Read Less

I came here the other day around 5 pm. Turns out the doors were locked, nobody was answering phones, etc. online and on door it says open until 9pm. I took my business somewhere else instead. Extremely unprofessional Read Less

The first time I went Bryan did a great job on my behind the ear tat n the second time I called to get my septum pierced they said come on up it's 20$, I showed up all doors were locked n nobody wS there n their sign says their open until 9 pm....... very inconvenient and unbusiness like seeing how my mom owns an establishment herself n would never do that without at least a sign taped to the door! Great shop, needs more staff. Should be able to give free samples to customers getting tattoos and piercings that what I thought would be automatically included. Been 3 weeks belly piercing still hurts, maybe because it was put thru my upper belly than navel. Read Less

Tom's new location is perfect and his work is A+++++++++, I MUST have Tom do my work whether it's piercings or tatoo's....I always want him and willing to wait or set an appt. for him.He does GREAT work! :-) Read Less

Me and my friend went here for piercings, she got the industrial which she loves and said it didn't hurt! Only reason for 3 stars is my guy didn't do actually what he should've with my piercing which hurted like hell Read Less
