HORRIBLE service. waited for 2 1/2 hours, was then told to go get food and come back because we were next. Lindsey (the woman running the counter) stated the cost of our tattoos would be discounted because it was bs we’ve already been waiting long. we were fine with going and getting food and coming back. well, once we got back someone who hadn’t been there as long as us magically skipped ahead in line and became the next person to get their tattoo. once we told lindsey we were upset with the situation she told us she can’t control people. we waited for 4 hours to get a tattoo that we never ended up getting. WASTE OF MY TIME. will NEVER go to this place nor will i ever recommend this to anyone. terrible terrible customer service. Read Less
