Got a modified industrial piercing by Malibu. Nice and awesome, answered all questions and was great! Just a little pricey but he did a nice job. Update: After two years, my piercing never fully healed and was still tender. I have 7 other piercings including lobe, cartilage and tragus so it's not my first piercing. I'd consistently cleaned it with saline solution and tried different things like changing to a smaller earring, to no avail. Developed a bump that wouldn't go away. I had to take the earring out for something and since it's such a pain to put back in, decided not to. I wanted it to work out as I'm stubborn about it since I spent the money and I've managed to heal my other piercings, but this one just didn't want to have it. Very disappointed. Also, the after care instructions provided by the artist seemed to make my ear worse. Go elsewhere. Read Less

Have had work done by Dan, Kitty, and Malibu! Malibu has done all my piercings, and they all healed perfectly! Kitty is a wonderful artist, and helped me find the perfect shade for my thigh piece by mixing two colors! Dan is also wonderful! He's done two of my five tattoos and I'll always go back to him! I got pierced by the nice lady here a while ago. Boris is awesome at tattoos, however, I got my chest dermal done and my monroe done by a man named malibu. He had NO idea what he was doing. I've had dermals done plenty times before so I know that it was not done correctly. The anchor was sticking out of my skin and he blamed it on me because I didn't keep the band aid on long enough. He got blood all over my clothes and he kept shaking. I had a bad feeling about this dude. My instincts were right. I paid $150 and they won't refund me. They just told me that I can come back and have him redo it. What makes them think I wanna get it done by them again? I went to a different tattoo shop called Southside tattoo and she literally touched my dermal and it popped out. Read Less

Living Art has been in business for 16 years. The artists there are very experienced and the shop is clean and professional. My family and friends have gotten tattooed over the years by Kitty, the owner, and her son Dan. They are both amazing artists and are super nice and easy to work with.
