Worst place to go to, the place is very dirty and Raven is the biggest liar you will ever meet. I went there twice and called him 6-7 times and he kept giving me lame excuses, I realized after that he doesn't know how to draw. He could've just been honest with me instead of wasting my time going back and forth and calling him so much. Professional, clean, and friendly. Small shop but big rooms. They all have televisions in them and let me watch while getting tattooed. Also offered headphones. And had a couch for friends to come watch. Numbing cream helped a lot! Read Less

They took a design fee and the money for some work then when appointment time came around gave my kids the run around for 3 weeks and then flat out stated they are not honoring the deal the shop made, stating they fired an artist. Owner is a piece of work. Less honor than the dog droppings on the bottom of a shoe. Got belligerent with my wife and refused to talk with me. My opinion of his actions says a coward and a thief! Multiple bad piercing experiences for me and friends. Iusually heal very well and very fast after being pierced. I have multiple piercings. I got both tragi pierced here and they piercer pierced me then grabbed regular eating from a box and put that in my tragus. Both sides. Don't even know if they were sterile at all. Didnt look like that was a sterile box. Also, why a regualr earring? The posts were so long and would poke the inside of my ear when I tried to sleep. Not to mention he out the backs to the earrings in SO tight he left no room for my ears to swell. So they were killing me for the longest while I tried to losen the backs. Got my helix pieces at the same time. The piercing was so close to the end of my ear it got really irritated and eventually infected. So swollen it took pliers to get the ring out. Also got my nose done here with someone separate. It was clearly pierced crooked and the piercer acknowledged this. Would not give me a refund but offered to try again lol no thanks. Would recommend going to liquid chaos for piercings. Never had a problem with any piercing they gave me ever. Read Less

They had no problem taking my 50.00$ down payment but had a problem scheduling an appointment to actually do the tat, this was the top of my list for places never to return to. Came here about a month ago to get a tattoo by amanda. the design i wanted looked good on paper, but as she was doin it, i could tell she was not a good tattooer. she was shaking and none of the lines were solid! i've been tattooed before here and never had ANYTHING as bad as this. after i left, i gave her the undeserved money i had to work hard for and I went somewhere else. They made an appointment after it heals and I just got it covered the other day. and it's so much better! the tattoo amanda did on me had the worst lines ever, and the shading was off, and there were spots she forgot to even tattoo!! it just seemed like she DID NOT know what she was doing and just wanted the money. some of my girlfriends went to her for piercings and got them re-done somewhere else, and her music was HORRIBLE! I will NEVER step foot in her room again! SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND PAIN CHOOSE ANOTHER ARTIST. if I would have known this was going to happen, I would have just stuck with Raven. Read Less

My experience was BEYOND unacceptable. The female piercer Didnt know what the hell she was doing. She caused me so much pain, to the point where I almost passed out. She messed up but Didnt want to own up to it. I eventually ended up leaving and going to Eternal Tattoos and Piercings and they did the piercing PERFECTLY, no pain at all.
