So angry I'm just now able to type this out.  Called Adrenaline today at 2:30. They told us lobes are a walk in. Called again at 4:30 to confirm before we left that it was okay, the guy said he's with a tattoo right now but come between 6-7. We show up shortly after 6 and the guy at the front greets us, walks to the back and talks to the piercer/artist, comes back and apologizes and says he can't right now and do we want to make an appointment.I said no no no, we called twice before we left and drove a half hour to get here...he didn't give a rip, he apologized again and repeated about making an appointment.Super rude business practice. I have an extremely disappointed 6 year old, but I didn't really want to push the issue because I don't want an annoyed person stabbing my daughter's ears. Read Less

I went into adrenaline for the first time to take my friend to get her first tattoo. Such a great atmosphere and everyone is friendly and professional. Dooo not I repeat do not get a piercing from here. I got a nose ring and they put it in too far back, and then it sunk in a few days later. Also that nostril was runny all day and ended up being raw to touch from all the tissue wiping. I eneded up taking out the piercing. Also they cost $50 for nose rings other places charge 35. I went to elite in warren and got a tragus and a double forward helix and they were awesome. They took out the botched nose ring job and told me to wait about a month for it to heal and they can re pierce my nose n the correct spot. Read Less
