I've never gotten a tattoo through Crazy Ink, but I do work next door to them. They are a wonderful group of people. Great personalities, funny, friendly and they always look out for me and make sure I'm safe! That says a lot about a person and a business! Came here to get my Monroe piercing done. When I sat down, the guy who pierced it never marked it, never showed me a mirror of where it would be placed and if I liked the placement (which is what they’re supposed to do) and right before he pierced it, he literally said, “I hate doing monroes”. After it healed I had so many complications. It wasn’t pierced correctly, so even after almost a year, it was still painful to take the piercing off and back on (it wasn’t infected). I'M SO TRAUMATIZED, I FEEL LIKE A FOOL. I WAS PLAYED LIKE A CHEAP VIOLIN. I WAS EVEN LIED TO. THIS IS MY STORY. SO LAST SATURDAY ME AND MY SISTER IN LAW WENT TO CRAZY INK TATTOO TO GET OUR DAITH PIERCED. TO MIND YOU I EVEN CALLED THEM FIRST AND MADE SURE THAT THEY COULD EVEN DO IT. I SPOKE WITH A WOMAN AND SHE INSURED ME THAT THEY DO THE DAITH PIERCINGS THERE, I ASKED IF I HAD TO SET UP AND APPOINTMENT. SHE TOLD ME NO THAT WE COULD JUST COME IN. UPON ARRIVING THERE, EVERYONE WAS BUSY. NO BIG DEAL WE WAITED, WHILE WE WERE WAITING WE FILLED OUT OUR PAPERWORK. FROM THERE THE NEXT AVAILABLE PEOPLE WAS NATE SMITH HE LEAD US TO THE BACK WHERE IT WAS JUST ONE BIG ROOM WE COULD SEE OTHER LADIES GETTING THEIR TATTOOS DONE. HE THEN STARTED BENDING A NEEDLE ALL UP TO DO MY SISTER IN LAWS EAR FIRST. HE THEN PIERCED HER EAR, HE NEVER MADE A MARK OF WHERE IT WAS GOING OR ANYTHING. HE NEVER SAID TO MUCH OF ANYTHING. I THEN MADE THE REMARK THAT IT LOOKED WAY TO HIGH TO BE A DAITH PIERCING HE THEN LIED TO ME AND MY SISTERS FACE AND TOLD US IT WAS A "HIGH DAITH" PIERCING. HE TOLD MY SISTER THAT HERS WAS EXTREMELY HIGH BECAUSE HER EAR WAS TO THIN TO PUT IT WHERE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE, TO MIND YOU HE NEVER SAID A WORD THAT HE WAS GOING TO HAVE TO MOVE IT FURTHER UP ON THE EAR BECAUSE OF THIS REASON BEFORE HE PIERCED IT, HE WAITED UNTIL AFTER HE PIERCED IT TO SAY SOMETHING OF COURSE AFTER I ALREADY SAID SOMETHING.THEN IT WAS MY TURN, HE THEN TOLD ME THAT MINE WAS GOING TO BE FURTHER DOWN WHERE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE, BECAUSE I HAD ENOUGH ROOM FOR IT. HE THEN BENT UP ANOTHER NEEDLE TO DO MINE. THEN PROCEED TO DROP MY EARING FOR MY EAR DOWN MY SHIRT. HE SAID HE WASN'T GOING TO RETRIEVE IT BECAUSE HE HAS A GIRLFRIEND.... " UMMM EVEN IF YOU DIDN'T HAVE A GIRLFRIEND YOUR NOT RETRIEVEING ANYTHING THAT'S DOWN MY SHIRT"! HE THEN PIERCED MY SO CALLED "DAITH". THE FOLLOWING DAY ME AND MY SISTER IN LAW STARTED DOING SOME RESEARCH, AND I WASN'T CRAZY THE PIERCING THAT WE RECEIVED FROM MR. NATE SMITH WAS IN FACT NOT A DAITH PIERCING AT ALL IT WASN'T EVEN CLOSE TO WHERE YOUR DAITH IS LOCATED AT. WE GOT FORWARD HELIXS DONE. THEN TO MAKE MATTER WORSE I CALLED THEM SEVERAL DAYS NO ONE EVER ANSWERED THE PHONE. SO FINALLY WE WE GOT A HOLD OF A NICE MAN AT CUSTOM INK & STEEL NAMED NIKKO WE SENT HIM PICTURES OF WHAT OUR PIERCING LOOKED LIKE AND HE URGE LD US TO COME IN IMMEDIATELY AFTER COMING IN HE INFORMED US THAT. 1. WE DEFINITELY DIDN'T GET OUR DAITH PIERCED (WE KNEW THAT PART BY THAT TIME) 2. MY SISTER IN LAWS FORWARD HELIX WAS NOT EVEN VIABLE IT WAS ONE IN THE WRONG SPOT AND TWO THE SPOT THAT SHE HAD DONE WOULD NEVER HEAL CORRECTLY IF AT ALL. 3. UPON NIKKO TAKING HERS OUT HE ALSO NOTICED THAT THE EAR ITSELF WAS A BELLY BUTTON RING. 4. THE EAR THAT HE HAD USED WAS ILLEGAL TO USE . 5. NIKKO ALSO INFORMED US THAT THE TYPE OF RING THAT IS WORN FOR THAT SPOT IS A FLAT BACK EARING. YESTERDAY I FINALLY GOT A HOLD OF SOMEONE AT CRAZY INK TATTOO I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH JOHN L THE SHOP OWNER I WAS TOLD HE WASN'T THERE BUT I ENDED UP WITH SPEAKING WITH NATE HIMSELF. HE TOLD ME THAT IN THAT PARTICULAR SPOT IT EASY TO GET CONFUSED, BUT NEVER ADMITTED THAT HE SCREWED BUT HE DID TELL ME THAT THERE WAS ANOTHER COMPLAINT ABOUT WHERE HE HAD PUT IT AND OFFERED TO HAVE ME AND MY SISTER IN LAW COME IN AND HE WOULD PIERCE OUR DAITH AGAIN. I ASKED HIM IF WAS GOING TO GET CHARGE FOR IT AGAIN HE DID TELL ME NO. HOWEVER WHO IN THERE RIGHT MIND IS GOING TO GO BACK THERE AGAIN AFTER HE WAS SO SURE THAT HE WAS DOING IT RIGHT! ANYONE WITH A HALF A BRAIN WOULD'VE SAID WAIT A MINUTE YOUR CLAIMING IT LOOKS A LITTLE HIGH, MAYBE I NEED TO FIGURE OUT WHAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT. REGARDLESS IF HE WAS DOING IT WRONG OR MAYBE I HAD NO IDEA WHAT I WAS ASKING FOR. SO YESTERDAY I MESSAGED THE STORE OWNER MR. JOHN L AND ABOUT 10AM THIS MORNING HE ASKED ME "WHAT WAS U?". I TOLD HIM WHAT HAPPENED AND THAT I JUST WANTED ME AND MY SISTER IN LAWS MONEY BACK AND OF COURSE I NEVER HEARD A WORD BACK. Read Less

I went into today for their 13$ deal on piercings. Showed up at 6:30 and signed their list and was told it was gonna be about 2-3 hours before my turn because they were so backed up. So they said I could leave my name and number and they would call me. So after 2 hours of sitting in their parking lot I walked in and sat for a half hour. When I asked to fill out the paperwork I was told that they were no longer accepting anyone on the list shortly after I signed it. So thank you crazy ink for wasting my time and gas.
