Great little shop for your smoking, tattoo and piercing needs.  I've gotten my tongue pierced here and they did a wonderful job.  Love buying incense here also.  They have cute little CBD treats that relax your body.  Definitely recommend to my friends and would recommend to my family if they were into this stuff. My husband and I stop here at least once a month and leave with something.  Never disappointed by their selection.  Also a cute pink gum ball machine with all pink gum balls, which is honestly just the cutest.  I will for sure continue to be a patron here for years to come. I would definitely rate this store 10/10. When I went in the guy working was very nice and helped me pick out a vapor flavor! I'm all the way from Oklahoma, but I would definitely go to this store all the time if we had one in our town! They also had really great prices! :) Read Less

Well lets me start out by saying I do not mind paying for QUALITY work. That includes service at a restaurant,  quality food or quality service from any retailer in my area and I tip very very well. I had been trying to get s bookings with my local downtown tattoo establishment for 6 months and keep getting blown off , only thing I can figure is my little tattoo was to small and to simple for them to bother with well I booked with Birdseye last tuesday ya its a jeep grill ( simple ) all black on the side of my right hand. When I walked in my tattooist walked me through every step . Now I have 4 other tattoos 3/4 from my local guy and 1 other from Niles. My tattooist from Birds Eye View gave me more information and was more professional then both tattoo parlors I have been to. I have found a new tatoo artist I will return to. And like I said I tip well . I tipped my tattoo artist 40% above what it cost me for the tattoo. Thank you Read Less

This place has the Worst customer service when it comes to a return. Thet will tell you anything you want to hear durribg purchase, but jist hopd you never have to return anything or you will get the cold shoulder. They deffinetally do not put the customer first. They cant even back any of their products with a return policy. Buy your stuff anywhere but here purchased a 140$ item. ( $140 was its price on sale fyi) Turns out it was faulty and i brought it back in box with rece...ipt. Guy Wouldnt even give store credit. Spend at least $500 @ year here for the last 8 years. New kid is the worst. I miss Lisa. You just lost all my business. Only reason people pay for your crazy over priced merchandise is for the customer service and the hope of receiving a quality product or even a store credit. LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER. I have bought three differnt dab vapes here at the store in benton harbor and with in a week of each one they have broken and birds eye view won't back there merchandise at all or even give you half off on one after buying three for over $300 I spent on them in there not counting all the other money in years I just get told nothing we can do about it so I think there a horrible business and is in it for the sale don't care about there customer.
