Super friendly staff. Very clean shop. I had my conch pierced and I have never had a piercing heal so well. The lady who pierced my friend and I did a great job and was super quick. Tom and Jackie are amazing, I have a lot of Tattoos done by some great artist, but never have I felt the connection I have with Cereal City. They can take an amazing idea and make it even better. Tom has three original design tattoos for, one truly spur of the moment when I needed a little ink therapy and they all have turned out amazing, Jackie has done one a matching tattoo with my wife for our son the blends in well with the others around it and is very vibrant in color.... Jackie has also done two other Tattoos on my wife that have that perfect combination of femininity and edge. I highly recommend the shop for everything, when my wife had issues with her nose hoop they gladly helped her make it look the way she wanted. The only reason this isn't 1 star is because they refunded my money. This review is purely based on piercing experience. Not tattooing. I came here to get my septum pierced and and instead of piercing the "sweet spot" they pierced through the cartilage and it's crooked. The young lady who did it put in the wrong jewelry. The jewelry was 2x the size it should be and was obnoxious. She said, "I guess I picked up the wrong one". An older guy stepped in and I had to sit through him taking that out and putting in the right one. Thinking that my piercing experience was a fluke I came back a month later with a friend who wanted her nose pierced. That same young lady did the piercing fine but didn't push the jewelry all the way through. The next day my friend had to go buy a new piece of jewelry and push it through on her own. I have 16 piercing and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. Read Less
