Worst customer service! I went there twice for a scheduled tattoo and both times they tried to change up the design, the placement, etc.. I walked away pissed because I left work early to do this. There were 5 dudes in the shop and not one of them stopped me to ask what the problem was or to resolve the issue. I won't ever go back nor will I recommend them. Read Less

Great shop , great people, great atmosphere. Overall very pleased with the ink I got! Most tat shops are very dry, dudes act like you are a bother to be in their shop but not this place everyone was very pleasant very welcoming . I walked in,I did not have an appointment and they took me in right away they were very accommodating. Just got home after washing and putting Aquaphor on my tattoo. This tattoo is so beyond beautiful. It is better than I ever expected. It was my first tattoo, and it took 4 hours and $250 (half the price of what a less quality shop was trying to charge me). Matt was very nice, gentle, friendly, and he made me feel very comfortable. I wanted to put an angel inside my hourglass, but he suggested that I put something else in there because an angel wouldn't look good with the way ...sand naturally falls in an hourglass. I listened to him because he's an artist, it's his job, so he knows what he's talking about. And I'm so glad I chose to put a heart in there instead. He did multiple shades of the same color to ensure my tattoo would look the way I wanted it to, and it is absolutely gorgeous. I can't wait to see it healed. He also remembered details that I forgot were even in the design I showed him. I will 100% be coming back to Matt for my next tattoo. Horrible! Got my daith pierced and not only did he not explain what he was going to do before shoving the needle in my ear, he never cleaned my ear before shoving the needle in it. The one star is because I can't leave no stars. I would NOT recommend this place for piercings at all! Read Less

my nose piercing and my friends ear piercing got infected. not a coincidence that both our piercings in different spots got infected. the guy we had didn't do a count down and didn't even let my friend approve of the little purple dot they do to mark where to pierce. the tattoo artist that tattooed my sister-in-law was great and friendly and her tattoo is still looking great so he gets the star.Read Less

After a long time of debating I decided to get my nose pierced, a friend told me about this place so I thought I'd give it a shot. Upon entering I was immediately hit with the smell of cleanliness! Which puts my OCD at ease, the piercer followed all of the proper procedures and he was professional! He turned a nervous experience into a surprisingly pleasant one. Sadly I did not have a great experience. I went to get my hood pierced and the wrong jewelry was used. Less than a week latter I was in the hospital to have it removed. They literally had to cut it out. They said my piercer was to blame. Be careful ladies. Read Less
