Usually get my work done somewhere else (not happy) but was told about lucky cat so decided to email them about getting some simple name tattoos, I got a reply literally within an hour and had an appointment next day! Well being a mom of a 3 month old I had no one to watch her so wanted to reschedule they were super accommodating told me to bring her so I did (she slept the whole half hour I was there) and one of the tattoos were a Valentine's Day surprise for my husband so kind of last min. The staff offered me help with anything I needed. Nick the owner also the artist that did my tattoo was super nice guy and did an awesome job. He wasn't like typical tattoo artists that I've gone to that don't speak and take 7 cigarette breaks. He talked to me explained everything and then his little daughter called and wanted to see baby, super cute! Let's just say I will be returning to lucky cat again, awesome place. Read Less

Nick has done a couple of my tattoos. One at his shop and one a few years ago when he worked at Skin Deep. He was the most professional tattoo artist I ever had so I was glad to follow him to his new shop. I've seen the work of a few other artists at this shop and they're great. Highly recommend. Nick is AMAZING and the atmosphere is so relaxed and comfortable but professional. Meg the apprentice is a sweetheart and she did my cancer ribbon for my father and did a great job with a little of nicks help. She was sweet and easy to talk to as well! I love it at lucky cat �� Read Less

My sisters and I called last night and we were able to come right in to get all 3 of us matching ladybug tattoos. Aaron was awesome! The ladybugs came out exactly how we wanted it! I was a walk in on a Tuesday but was able to chat with Nick (the owner) about my design and schedule an appointment for Thursday.   It was a bit disorganized when I arrived because Nick was busy but I worked with his apprentice Jay who helped me pick out some clip art pictures that were going to be incorporated into the layout.  The girl at the front desk came over and chatted with us while he mapped it out on my leg and she was friendly and easy to talk too.  It turned out Jay didn't have the time to do the full tattoo so I was again waiting for Nick to finish with his other customer.  There was some random down time I spent chatting with the other artists that would have otherwise been very boring but ultimately it worked out well.  Nick was very personable and obviously cares about his craft.  He went out of his way to show me he uses only clean needles and stopped half way through to let me get a look at the work so far and see if I liked it.  He also told me I could get discounted touch ups on my color as long as it wasn't obvious that it was from sun damage and not taking good care of it.  This was my first time getting color and Im really happy with the way it turned out. Nick and his team are amazing at what they do. The best shop around and there work is great and there prices are better than other shops around. They always accept walk ins. The shop is always clean and everyone there is always ready to greet you with a smile! I would recommend this place to anyone. I stumbled across this shop after searching for a tattoo shop that takes walk ins almost all day with two of my friends & I'm so glad we found it! The owner, Nick, did my two friends' and I. I got a small lettering tattoo that has a profound meaning behind it. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. It was quick and to my surprise a painless process. My best friend and a friend and I decided to have a spontaneous day and get tattoos. We walked in and had a wait a little bit because the man who was doing out r tattoos (who also owns the shop) was finishing up with his last client. We met extremely nice people who helped calm my friends nerves, and talked to us until it was our turn. We went in and I went first. He helped talk my friends through their tattoos since they were getting theirs on the rib cage. Clean environment, and work space! I had so many conversations with the tattoo artists and other clients there. The pricing is great and so is everyone there! I will most definiatly be going back to get my next tattoo there. My wife and I went in for Friday the 13th tattoos and I was amazed at the level of service that I received as I've heard horror stories about people getting discount tattoos at other shops . We saw Nick, he didn't treat us any different and made us both very comfortable, an important factor when you consider that his work will be on your body for life. I had my first tattoo done by Nick today and I couldn't be happier with it. I'll definitely be recommending him/this studio to anyone who wants a tattoo. I also appreciate how he stayed in the middle of a snow storm for me so I could come and get my tattoo done, when he could have left early. He does great work! Went in for my second tattoo My first by them was simple & took 10 min. I'm pleased with it so I went back to have Nick do one that was very emotional for me & ive been waiting along time to get the idea how I wanted it.  It was in honor of My Husbands struggle since a MVA almost took his life & his recovery since.  Nick never asked the meaning or why I was getting it!? Her barely spoke to me while doing it & Rushed thru it & now I am so disappointed  its healing Awful, lines look like there bleeding,looks like I did it myself!!  DONT GO HERE U WILL REGRET IT! I said it before, and i'll say it again. I will follow Nick anywhere. He has done five out of six of my tattoos, and i'll never go to anyone else! His line work is phenomenal. Nick really makes sure that the tattoo you expect walking in is the tattoo you get. I always leave more than satisfied. There's one thing that everyone should look for in a tattoo artist. Trust. Nick has established a relationship with me from the first moment I walked in the door five years ago. He really cares on a personal level about his clients. That sounds sappy, but dude can chill!
