I have never seen a tattoo parlor where everyone’s work is jaw dropping. I said that anyone there could take me, and the person that tattooed me was Jay. I was expected to be blown away, and I was. And even better, the price was a lot less than I thought it would be which was a plus. Jay and John were the two guys that I met and they were awesome to hang out with, and they were obviously passionate about their work. The atmosphere was also awesome. They weren’t rushing you in and out of their chair, they wanted to make sure that their client was happy. A side note though for other customers: PLEASE TIP THESE GUYS WHAT THEY DESERVE! I gave Jay a really good tip and he said that we the biggest tip he has ever gotten. That kind of broke my heart. He deserved so much more than what I gave him but PLEASE TIP ACCORDINGLY! Got my eyebrow pierced here for my birthday. They were amazing! Got me right in, didn’t take long at all, opened later then anywhere around there (at least that I could find to do a walk in Piercing 10 min before closing) and the price was more than worth it and very reasonable...and to top it all off...it didn’t hurt at all! Very professional with great recommendations about things I wouldn’t think about...like that if the piercing was too far over...I would see it out of the corner of my eye...it may sound obvious but it’s not something that occurred to me at all until he said it and I am sooooo glad he did! My husband and I will never go anywhere else! We love the people at Keepsake Tattoo, not only because they do amazing work but because they are very professional as well! My husband has had two tattoos done from them (one by Brent the owner and the other by Mark) and they both came out amazing!! I have had one myself and Mark was great! I made an appointment for 4:30pm, emailed a picture of what I wanted so they could get it ready before I got there. There wasn't anyone else there for tattoos so there was absolutely no reason I had to wait over an hour before I got called back to the room. Mark did not start my tattoo until 20 minutes after I was sitting waiting in the chair. He took multiple breaks to check his phone and text, and God knows what else. I got two other tattoos, same size at Jims tattoo in seabrook and it took half the time and cost half as much. After he took his sweet time looking at the tattoo, slowly shading, and cleaning my arm up, he wrapped it and I went to the front to pay and she said it would be $300 for 2 1/2 hours. Mind you I can walk into Jims tattoo with NO appointment and get in to someone within half an hour, and get my tattoo done in an hour and 15 minutes, and I was only charged $180 PLUS tip!  I would never recommend keepsake custom tattoo to ANYONE. Probably some of the BEST customer service I have ever received! About a week ago, I had my tragus pierced on both sides (not @ Keep Sake). I was having an issue cleaning them because the barbells used were really short and I couldn’t get around them to clean them well. Needless to say, they weren’t being cleaned as well as I wanted and were still very sensitive to the touch, almost as if they were on their way to being infected. THEN somehow, in my sleep last night, I managed to yank the stud back in through the piercing. It was lodged in there and there was no way I was getting it out on my own. I stopped by Keep Sake today to have them take a look. I was greeted with smiles and was brought in right away so Joe could take a look. He was able to get the barbell out that I had pulled through and replaced BOTH of my piercings with new longer barbells that screw in on the front and not the back like the ones I had. I am not going to say there wasn’t any pain but it was minimal and Joe was easy when changing them out. He changed his gloves any time he touched anything that wasn’t my ear, explained what he was doing as he was doing it and showed me how to clean them. When I asked what I owed I was told with a smile that I was all set and he was sorry that I had to go through that experience. I couldn’t stop smiling on my way home and my piercings feel SO MUCH better already. It’s as though I can almost feel them healing. I would recommend Keepsake to anyone looking for body piercing and GREAT customer service. I plan to go back when I am ready to get my industrial pierced again. Thanks for making my day!! Read Less
