I have had multiple tattoos done by Doug, and so has my husband.  I have never felt more comfortable, and confident with a person's ability as I do with him.  The fact that he works with you, and explains what works and will look good over time.  I love my tattoos, and would never go anywhere else. I wish I could do zero stars. DO NOT GO HERE! I walked into the parlor to get a small and meaningful tattoo and was literally harassed by the staff as they talked down to me and made me look like an idiot for wanting a tattoo that was only a few inches long. I understand that it's policy to inform me about a tattoo that might not look as great in years to come but they treated me in such a rude and condescending manner that I literally had to walk out of the parlor to get them to stop. They patronizingly asked me how old I was basically treating me like a child when it was clear that I am an adult. I asked them politely to treat me with more respect and they literally laughed in my face and told me that it's not their fault my tattoo would look like shit. The tattoo I wanted was so important to me and they basically shit on me. Yet again, I would not recommend going to this place due to how rude and outright mean the staff is to potential customers. Krysta is amazing! I've had my nose pierced several times and got it re pierced and me being the wuss I am asking a million questions I would drive anyone up a wall. She took the time and patience and explained everything, and being a tattoo artist/piercer it's the same thing every day but she treats every customer with compassion and empathy. I live in Framingham but I'll be sure to make the trip out to Milford for all my future work after today's experience! I have 6 tattoos. Soon to be 7. 4 out of 6 have been done here. 3 out of 4 were done by 3 different artists. I love this shop, the atmosphere, and the artists. Last time my fiance and I were in we had our son with us and Doug kept him very busy in between breaks. I will never be going anywhere else to have work done. Went to Eternal Images out of spontaneity and i have to say that i found my new shop great atmosphere great people and amazing art! From wall decor to tatts, very great experience! Love this place personally. Got my tattoo done by Doug who killed it! I told him before I left for the Firefly festival this year ,that I wanted an hourglass with mountains & an eye in the sky respectively, the lyric "time waits for no man", & color. He elaborated & helped initiate the start to my sleeve(s). Great people, great environment, great service, I always come back here and will continue to they will always get my business! I have came here 2 times for 2 different piercings. The first one I got was my Tragus and it went well but they use such cheap jewelry that I couldn't get it out. I had to go to a different piercing closer to my home to have them take it out with pliers but it heeled well with no infections or any thing. My next experience was with my belly button. The piercer must have went too deep when doing it because it never heeled correctly and the bar was too short causing it to sink into my stomach. I went back to change my bar and he had ran out so he said that it was fine. I had to return back to the same piercer near my home to have them take this piercing out as well and put a new longer bar in. Read Less

Eternal Images is one of several tattoo shops in town, myself and my wife chose it by chance and were veryhappy we did. I had a tattoo done by Sandals and my wife has now had several piercings done by Christa. Every time the atomosphere is friendly and fun. The stations in back are impeccably clean as is the front of shop. Good aftercare for me the newbie getting my first tattoo. All artists portfolios are impressive and varied.
