Had my first ink work done at Illusions and I can't begin to tell you how awesone Cam was. He let me know everything he was doing, he had good ambience, nice music in the background but most of all, he had a very light hand which, for a first timer, was everything. I honestly thought this place was closed. But it has been brought to light that the owner feels the need to slander other business's in order to feel a sense of "accomplishment". I only put up with this place because the artist whom I was seeing was unfortunate enough to be there for so long. While trying to get work done we've been interrupted for periods at a time and I've also been touched in an unwanted manner while my artist was actually working on me. The horror storie...s go on, but I don't feel the need to air out anymore than I should. It was very unprofessional and left a sour taste in my mouth. An exceptional business owner should know that is unprofessional by all means. But I guess anything goes in Illusions Ink's Wild West Tattoo Parlor. You reputation can be fixed through hard work and dedication. No need to throw anyone under the bus or verbally abuse another business. We're all trying to make a living. I would like to start off with a huge THANK YOU CAM. I was very skeptical about getting a new tattoo. ( after a bad healing experience ) but after talking with a few friends, they convinced me and told me to contact Cam, you won't be sorry. So I did. Sent him the design I had in mind. Knowing my work schedule, I called out of the blue and Cam said when can be here. I walked in the shop, noticing how clean it was. Everyone in asked to see why I was concerned. They explained a few things that could have caused it. They made me feel comfortable from the time I walked in till I left. So to make a short story long.
