Came in last minute for a tattoo expecting to be turned away due to the time like I had been from two shops before my attempt, due to my tight work schedule.The manager, Andrew, and the owner were both very accommodating and Andrew gave me just the tattoo I have been itching for with no complaints. New to the Boston area, I chose this shop based on reviews and I'm glad I did. Very comfortable atmosphere. I was a walk in and got lucky enough to grab an opening with just enough time to do my tattoo between appointments. I will definitely return for more work in the future. Went here a month ago to get my first tattoo, which was a tiny tattoo maybe about the size of my thumb. The prices were good and the place itself was clean. Somehow in the 2 minutes it took to do my very simple small tattoo, the artist tattooed too deep into my skin and blew out the line. I wasn't even aware that was a risk since many of my friends have tattoos and I had never seen this before. Sadly, I lost my father a month ago.  He was only 64 years old and he was my world.  My sister came home with a tattoo that was done by Scott at this parlor. It was my dad's writing and it said, "Love, Dad".  I immediately decided that I wanted to do the same thing.  I made an appt with Little Anthony.  I brought in a card that was signed by my dad and gave it to him. His final work looked amazing.  (But mine has more than just "Love Dad).  I also went back in a second time to work with Anthony and he tattooed  me with my mom's handwriting on my other wrist. It's so clear that they care about their customers and are concerned with giving them the best tattoos they can. Coralynn is soooo amazing! She's great to talk to and is friendly! I went a week ago to get pierced by Tatiana. She is nothing but amazing. I've been looking into her work for months and have read great thing things about her. We messaged each other for about a week before I actually went in to see her and when I finally did, it felt like we we've been friends for the longest time. Went here today to see Tatiana and had an amazing experience! She is so nice and uber professional! She walks you through everything step by step, gives you the run down on after care choices and is truly amazing! She gave me her card with all her information to reach her should I have any questions. She did say that there's a q&a on Facebook but if that wasn't enough or if I wanted to double check not to hesitate to contact her (which I truly appreciated!!!)I was crazy nervous to get another piercing after I had my industrial done almost 2 years ago, but I found her to be very calming and reassuring and definitely knew what she was doing! I was surprised to not even really feel a thing when the needle went in! I don't understand the complaints about the space being "too small" for what they do I thought personally it was adequate, VERY clean and cool! I was impressed, it's also easy to find and has a lot of parking! While I waited (briefly they were busy today) I looked over the really nice display books of the artwork they've done and was honestly blown away! Though I have yet to find a tattoo I could commit to for a day let alone the rest of my life, I was impressed by the work they have done it's really amazing!Will I be back? Maybe depends on if I want to get anything else done, but if I do, they're definitely on the top of my list of go to places to have piercings done! Read Less

Hi my name is Jonas and I did a piercing with Tatiana and I paid 125 dollars that she charged me for... 10 hours later I was sad because it didn't look good the piercing was totally uneven and not cute at all, I asked her for help and try fix it, she asked for 100 bucks to fix it or remove it. I appreciate but I think she doesn't give a shit for people who choose her to make a piercing. Thank you anyways. But it's a putty how you treat people after they give you money. I would rate this place more than 5 stars if I were able to! I got tattooed by Andrew and I am so so in love with the gorgeous artwork on my body. Visible Ink is super clean, has laid back/hilarious staff members and I felt completely at home immediately upon entering the shop. (Minus the getting stabbed with needles for 3 hours thing, of course). Andy did a cover up piece for me and it came out absolutely perfect, there is no way anyone who doesn't personally know me would know it was covering an existing tattoo! The second tattoo was a finger tattoo and he made sure the line work was immaculate. I loved everything about the experience I had at Visible Ink &  will absolutely be going back to Andy for all of my future tattoos! Read Less
