Didn’t have an appointment, just walked in and Tony and Kelsey were acceptionally helpful choosing the right size and font to the quote I wanted. Tony is easy to talk to while you’re getting your tattoo, and he even put on my favorite show to watch while I was getting tatted. And the piece came out perfect! The first time I had visited this place, I had a poor experience. I contacted this business to set up a consult for a new piece I have been thinking about for numerous years. The staff there were prompt in contacting me, and we secured a time/date when the consult would take place (after 1pm). I arrived early in anticipation and waited for the business to open (i was the first appointment of the day). When they didn't open, I ran some errands and came back (thinking they were just delayed). Still they hadn't opened (45 minutes I had waited so far), so I gave them a call. The woman that answered the phone informed me this business was not to open until 2:30p that day (1.5hrs after these guys had scheduled my consult earlier that week). As a first time tattoo goer; I have to start by saying I felt at ease, and more excited than nervous. The place was not at all what I expected, it was very comfortable, and welcoming. Everyone there made you feel like you were not a customer but a friend. My artist was James aka Joker and he did PHENOMENAL work on my wrist. I had a custom phrase, with a batman styled font. I came here based on the yelp reviews and I am so glad that I did! I got a simple tattoo done by Tony but he also fixed a tattoo I had done by another artist previously. He did an amazing job on both! He has a steady hand and some serious talent when it comes to his art. This guy knows his stuff and listens to you. The shop is clean and a chill place to be.
