Not only does he take the time to work with you on your piece to make sure it's perfect but he also genuinely cares about all of his customers and making sure that they're comfortable. Update: I saw Danielle during the "back to school piercing special" for a rather personal piercing that could be considered awkward. She made me so incredibly comfortable. It was not awkward at all. She was professional, clean and gentle. She minimized the pain that comes with a piercing as much as possible. She made sure the piercings were even and explained aftercare very well. This is my second time at the River Raven. Very convenient location as well. I have now seen bot...h piercers and can say they are both great. What a wonderful local business. Will be back for any future piercings or tattoos and would recommend them to anyone! Oh and my daith has healed very nicely! First review:Rich pierced my daith the other day. It's my first real piercing besides ear lobes and nose. I called only a hour ahead to make an appointment and he said they always take walk in's for piercings. I didn't wait at all. He was super professional, extremely clean and quick. He made the pain as little as possible. The only thing that hurt was the needle piercing through. He had to twist the heart jewelry and clamp together and that didn't hurt at all because of how talented he is. It's a day later. Doesn't hurt much at all and no swelling or redness. He really knows what he's doing and doesn't bs you. The prices were great and I will be coming back for any other piercings or if I finally brave a tattoo:) Also the new shop location really isn't that far from the old one, so don't let that stop you.
