Poor, poor customer service. If you come upon a problem and email them, don't expect a reply back. Go elsewhere for your tattoos/piercings. Wouldn't recommend Tony. My daughter got her piercing here and was basically forced to buy the h2ocean spray. Her nose piercing closed 2 months after she got it pierced and for $70 I was hoping for them to re-pierce it to which they are nowhere to be found. Greed is not a good reputation! Read Less

This place is amazing, I went in last night to get my first tattoo which I originally wanted on my ribs. Tony shared with me his input that it would look lost on my ribs since it was so small(something I never would've thought of but he couldn't have been more right) so he made a bunch of different stencils and put them in different locations on my body I ended up loving a location I never even considered! He then recommended a different ink color and explained every thing he was doing to me. Tony was amazing and his wife up front is extremely talented and nice. I'd recommend this place to anyone. Tony is by far the best tattoo artist I've ever been to. His tattoos looks amazing and he's very up front and honest before he does anything! He explains everything to the T for the after care to keep your tattoo looking good! His shop is very clean, he opens up everything in front of you. I'm Beyond happy with my experience here and the outcome of my tattoos. Tony and Ashley know exactly what they are doing. They made me feel so comfortable and at home. Tony has been tattooing me for 10 years now. He is the only artist I will go to. Back in 2005/2006 he did my back piece and now in 2015 he is working on my right sleeve. I went here twice when I was in college, once to get my lip pierced and once for a tattoo. My lip piercing experience was fine, other than the hole I now have in my face that never closed, but it was my decision to get the piercing. My tattoo experience, however, was HORRIBLE. First of all, I wanted my tattoo on my shoulder blade. Tony insisted that it should be up onto my shoulder so that you can see it from the front as well. After saying no multiple times I eventually said yes. Now, I understand that the second he mentioned something that I didn't want I should have walked away, that is on me, but he was so convincing that I decided to trust him. Secondly, Tony raved about how original his tattoos are and how he draws each one with the customer in mind, which I was so impressed by - that is, until a woman walked in as I was walking out, with the same exact flower that was just put on my back. I felt so betrayed that I paid and left without another word. Do your research before picking a tattoo artist, don't forget that whatever decision you make is permanent. Read Less

Tony is a great artist.....artist.  You get it....artist.  His name is attached to the work your lame ass is carrying around.  So, if he doesn't want to tattoo "fool" on your giant head, he won't.  I went to Tony having been tattooed by another artist.  Tony fixed them up, and added some nice artwork around existing stupidity that I had.  My mother went in for a tattoo that was going to be awful.  Tony talked her out of it, and thank god he did.  Yes, he will give you his opinion, yes, it may not be what you want to hear.  I guarantee you, you won't be sorry.  No one will ever put a tattoo needle to me if it isn't Tony.  Three reviews of his shop isn't a fair representation.  There are literally scores of people in this area that know him and his work.
