I have just started a half sleeve here with Chan. He was awesome in the consult and was able to help me visualize the pieces I wanted. I was a little nervous because Chan has been tattooing for about 3 yrs. That nervousness faded quickly after he started the compass on my shoulder. His attention to detail is amazing. I also got a mountain scape on my shoulder which turned out better than I imagined. I was also late to both appointments by about 15-20 min. I called and let them know and the staff was super polite and professional assuring me it was all good. I only have a year left till I move out of MA and will miss being able to get tatted here. I have a few different tattoos and this place has been by far the BEST!!!! Staff and artists are awesome Highly recommend!

I would strongly recommend Timeless Ink. The place is spotless, they are always on time and they deliver perfect pieces every time. I needed a cover up, Tuyen was honest and gave me all of my options....
I would strongly recommend Timeless Ink. The place is spotless, they are always on time and they deliver perfect pieces every time. I needed a cover up, Tuyen was honest and gave me all of my options. He made me feel comfortable every session. The final result far exceeded my expectations. If you want to live with your body happily with art you'd be proud to show this shop is right for you. 10/10 stars.

Plain and simple, horrible business practices I made an appointment almost a month ago that was for today at 12:00 noon with the artist Chan Which also happens to be the time that the shop opens. I looked online because I realise I've forgotten my appointment time and saw that the shop open at 12 so I decided to call the soonest that I could after 12 which I did, I called at 12:20 and I wasn't sure of my appointment time so I proceeded to ask the representative or shop apprenticeIf they could look up my appointment time for me she told me it was 12 o'clock and then I was now late for my appointment that was scheduled for eight hours mind you, and also of which I put down $100 for a deposit, so I understand that there is a no refund policy on deposits but that is clearly to protect the artist and situation that the client feels to show up or gives in for sufficient time to reschedule, both of which I did not do I called simply 20 minutes late to enquire about the time and ask if I can show up at 12:30 or at 1 o'clock and they put me on hold and then told me that I can't do that because they already rescheduled other people into my slot and I will be for filling my $100Instead of just actually being decent people and trying to fit me in they just auto responded with "non refundable" as if I was talking to a bunch of morally poor people.. so that is a clear message to anyone and thinking to book appointments with them if you're a busy person most likely those who can afford pricey tattoos then just know if you set an appointment and you're running late they will not accommodate you they will not give you a heads up call they will do nothing on their part to try and help it move smoothly they will only take your money and expect that you are there the moment they open the shop if not then your money is wasted by experience in this I can assume that dealing with them is not a very honest or straightforward experience as also cited in other reviews.. apologies for the run-on sentences and typos as I am currently dictating to text while going about the city looking for a better shop with a moral foundation of any level... as would be more than this place.. I was told that I would get a call back from the owner yet it has been hours since that time and no word at all, if you're looking to deal with professionals I'm sure they do their job well but for this incident it was very unprofessional and predatorial in business practices if you value moral Business values and businesses that you choose to support I would advise looking elsewhere before coming here..I hope they do better.

Timeless ink is a very professional tattoo shop. Everything is always in tip top shape. The artist are genuine and fun people to be around. The shop looks good, smells good and feels good. It is always an amazing experience being there. The front desk crew are always sincere and willing to help. I would recommend this shop to anyone. It is my experience and many others that timeless ink is one of the best Tattoo parlors in Boston. The artist are always willing to work your piece with the up most patience and passion. Trust my word, this is the place you want to get your first or even hundredth tattoo I guarantee it.

Among other things . . . I sent my artist an email in order to get in touch with me about the things I wanted to do a little less than a week prior to our scheduled time. He responded to my request only a few hours before our appointment.
When we spoke in person (before the tattoo), a lot of the things I wanted had to be scrapped. It was fine because I trust his sense as an artist, but we could have gone over it and perhaps had worked it out days before this as I really wanted what I was thinking about.
Again, they (the shop people) were great. The tattoo, however, when I got home as I put it next to my dog's print (the thing we decided on), was proven to look nothing like my dog's. It could be any dog. I wondered if I had brought a fingerprint if he would freely put dots where they do not belong as well. And the whole thing, put together, quite frankly, pisses me off and makes me sad all at the same time.

Look, I don't want to write a bad review because the people there have great personalities as far as making sure the client feels comfortable, etc. However, the work is not up to par. I have shitty tattoos and was hoping for a quality piece. My dog died and his death nearly killed me. I scheduled an appointment, but was rescheduled due to the fact that "there was a mix up." Well, the artist should have thought about that before he showed his newly tattooed head on Instagram. See, when a person is scouting the right place, she'll connect to your Instagram profile to see if she likes the work. In other words, he rescheduled our appointment so he could get his own tattoo (by another shop artist, no less). I feel like this was really unprofessional, but I let it slide because I understand how much a person can want a tattoo, myself included. My experience at this shop was horrible, I got a sleeve done here about 7 months ago. I can't speak for all of the artists but my particular artist, Jason, did not do a good job on my tattoo whatsoever and for their expensive $150/hr rate, any tattoo you get at this shop should be perfect. I'm not sure if Jason just agreed to do the tattoo even though it wasn't his area of expertise (galaxy/space theme) or if he just felt uninterested during my sessions, whatever the case may be, the quality of work and the end result was not acceptable. I fortunately found a new shop where the tattoo artist worked with me to fix my tattoo up until I was happy with it and right away I could tell a night and day difference in the quality of work. It's extremely aggravating having to pay for a sleeve twice but I am just fortunate that I found an artist that was willing to work with me until I was satisfied with what I got. I would never go here again and I'm always sure to tell others interested in getting a tattoo to steer clear. The touch ups I'm getting done at the new shop aren't finished yet but you can already tell a huge difference in the quality of work. Take my advice and save your money and go to another shop.

This place is amazing! I got a tattoo at a different parlor back in January, and they script was completely messed up, I was considering getting it removed completely. I decided to come here because I heard great reviews. The artist I met with made show to show me how the correction process was going every step of the way, I would get up, see what improvements he made and then get back on the table for him to correct the remainder of my tattoo. Needless to say, I am now in love with my tattoo! I would definitely recommend this place.

By far the best tattoo I have. I waited a little over a year for my appointment with Tuyen and it was amazing and well worth it. The price was very fair. The shop is very clean, stylish, comfortable and inviting. Even the chill music was relaxing and on point. Everyone at the shop is super cool, helpful and laid back. The most incredible part is it took Tuyen just a few hours to tattoo a super detailed black and gray tattoo that would've taken usually anyone else several hours/a couple of sessions. I highly M, highly recommend this shop!

Jason is unreal, always finds time when there isn't any and always gives great ideas when you have a creative block. Timeless Ink is the cleanest tattoo parlor I've ever seen, the staff is welcoming and always make you feel like you're part of their little family. Whether it's offering you food or a coffee or just giving their input or artistic vision I find Timeless Ink to be second to none!!

So I give this place 2 stars not because they are bad artists but only because I feel like I got ripped off on a tat. I had a great artist do the piece, had a great convo with him and he did an excellent job, but charged me $160 for an easily $80 tat. All I Got was 3 small words on my chest. The whole payment process for tattoos is foreign to me, but I've got another tat bigger than this and it cost $70 less! I fully realize the shops got their rules and stuff but man, I would have gone somewhere else if I knew this would cost so much for such a small tattoo.

Soki does SPECTACULAR work! I've had ink done by a handful of other artists and he is by far my favorite. He is a true artist. His designs seem to flow like water, almost effortlessly--which makes the outcome more impressive and beautiful. He does everything he can to make you feel comfortable and he provides valuable advice about design technicalities. Also, he's just a nice guy. Period.

I have just started a half sleeve here with Chan. He was awesome in the consult and was able to help me visualize the pieces I wanted. I was a little nervous because Chan has been tattooing for about 3 yrs. That nervousness faded quickly after he started the compass on my shoulder. His attention to detail is amazing. Jason is unreal, always finds time when there isn't any and always gives great ideas when you have a creative block. Timeless Ink is the cleanest tattoo parlor I've ever seen, the staff is welcoming and always make you feel like you're part of their little family. All the artist is doing me here. Well, just two. Jk! Well, sort-of. Im having two piece done at the moment. A side piece from Jason and a full back piece from Sophath. All the staff that I've met is really welcoming and funny too. Which is awesome because I dont have to filter my mouth;)

So I give this place 2 stars not because they are bad artists but only because I feel like I got ripped off on a tat. I had a great artist do the piece, had a great convo with him and he did an excell...
So I give this place 2 stars not because they are bad artists but only because I feel like I got ripped off on a tat. I had a great artist do the piece, had a great convo with him and he did an excellent job, but charged me $160 for an easily $80 tat. All I Got was 3 small words on my chest. The whole payment process for tattoos is foreign to me, but I've got another tat bigger than this and it cost $70 less! I fully realize the shops got their rules and stuff but man, I would have gone somewhere else if I knew this would cost so much for such a small tattoo.

Soki does SPECTACULAR work! I've had ink done by a handful of other artists and he is by far my favorite. He is a true artist. His designs seem to flow like water, almost effortlessly--which makes the outcome more impressive and beautiful. He does everything he can to make you feel comfortable and he provides valuable advice about design technicalities. Also, he's just a nice guy. Period.
