I came to this shop a DAY after my 21st birthday and I wanted to treat myself to a septum piercing that I always wanted. I go in for the piercing, and I specifically told him, I do NOT want the piercing/ring too long and he told me he would choose one that "fits" me. He put this "disinfectant" all around my nose and it BURNED, asked him if it wa normal and he told me yes. He went through with the piercing WITHOUT SHOWING ME WHERE HE WAS GOING TO DO IT. he went through with it but then took out the needle because he claims I was "too tense" and leaned me back instead. He pierced me again but somehow, someway, he pierced me with the wrong size needle and had to put tapers through my damn nose. Once I got up, I noticed the ring was AUTOMATICALLY going up rather than down and I asked him why and told me its cause of the swelling. I asked him if theres 2 holes in my nose because he pierced me twice and he told me no, he pierced the same hole. When I got home, I noticed my piercing was crooked, there was puncture marks ABOVE my "septum" piercing, and the skin around my nose BURNED EVEN MORE. He knew that he pierced me too low and he knew that he did not pierced me in the same place but anything for 65$ right ? I find it disgusting that people would really do this to people's faces and go to sleep at night knowing someone is walking around looking like this,the skin around my nose is continuing to FLAKE! I feel like a complete idiot. And bozo the clown that pierced me is named JOSEPH!!

I walked in to a room filled with cigarette smoke. Not like someone was smoking outside and walked back in, but it seemed like someone was actually smoking inside the shop. I can't speak to anyone's work, because I left immediately. No one greeted me when I walked in or asked if I needed help.

I had my ears pierced by Anthony. I was hesitant about going to a tattoo parlor, lol, but after reading the great reviews I knew this was the place to go. What a welcoming place. I was nervous but Anthony made me feel at ease. He is a true professional. I was so happy with the entire experience.

Love everyone that works here...I have been coming here for over 10 yrs...Anthony who does the piercings is Great! You think it's going to hurt But he does it so fast and accurately I never feel anyth...
Love everyone that works here...I have been coming here for over 10 yrs...Anthony who does the piercings is Great! You think it's going to hurt But he does it so fast and accurately I never feel anything...Vic does the tattoos...his work is amazing & a sweet guy...and now they attached a vape shop....the person who usually runs the vape shop... he is very kind and knows a lot about Mods, juices, coils, etc..he takes his time & walks you through how to use your new device & will hook you up with whatever you are looking for and not charge you an arm and a leg like a lot of vape shops usually do....This place is in my opinion Highly recommended👍💪

Quick and easy piercing and he really focused on perfect placement, which anyone who gets something done to their body would absolutely appreciate! Thanks so much Anthony! I'll definitely be back!

I have read all these comments about Ma Zel and I have to laugh, the smell from the vape store!! Lol come on there ridiculous!!! It was my daughters 18th birthday and I promised her I would treat her to a tattoo, I remembered seeing this place a few months ago what attracted me was how immaculate it was, so we walked in and there were 2 guys standing there they were friendly and after I told them it was my daughters first tattoo he explained everything that went into getting a tattoo and right away she felt very comfortable. He did an awesome job and I even decided to get a dermal from Anthony he knew I was nervous because it was my first and I was getting it on my face so I trusted him 100% and I'am so glad I did. It looks beautiful, Not to mention he keeps in touch making sure it's healing and I'm using the appropriate cleaning solution. We can't wait to go back, This time my daughter is bringing a bunch of her friends!

LOVE this place!I am new to the area and just happened upon Ma-Zel. Saw that they had good Yelps, and thought I'd give it a shot. I was not disappointed. I just got both nostrils pierced by Anthony a few days ago. He was very professional and clearly extremely knowledgable and experienced. He marked me multiple times to make sure the symmetry of the piercings were perfect, and they came out beautifully! I was so pleased. Unfortunately, I accidentally pulled one of the studs out on a Sunday night and couldn't get it back in, so I had to come back the next day to see what Anthony could do about it. I know a lot of piercers that would be smug and judgmental about something like that, but Anthony was again the epitome of professional. He checked out the hole, and gave me the option of waiting to pierce it again or having it done right then. I decided to have him do it again right away, and he did it FOR FREE. I have been to my fair share of shops and have had a lot of work done by a variety of artists, and I can tell you that this is the kind of thing I come back to a shop for. Not only is Anthony's work clean and beautiful, the employees are professional and friendly. Good vibes all around.**As for the young lady who got her nipples pierced: The second hole always hurts more because your body had used up its entire store of endorphins on the first piercing. That's a given. Also, nipple piercings are extremely deep tissue wounds are almost guaranteed to swell and hurt, especially on women. Mine took more than 6 months to heal completely.**

My tattoo artist Loki just started working over at Ma Zel's over the summer. Since I wanted to stay with a tattoo artist I love, I started to go to his new shop Ma Zel's. the first time I ever went in to check out the new shop, it was very welcoming. Definitely recommend the shop and Loki for any tattoo work. And have already been talking to Loki for a couple of upcoming tattoos

I came to this shop a DAY after my 21st birthday and I wanted to treat myself to a septum piercing that I always wanted.
