The place was nice and clean. It was well decorated and very welcoming. You won't feel pressured unlike other tattoo parlors. Everyone was very helpful with lot of information, do's and don'ts. They won't tattoo you unless, they think that you are ready or you have earned that tattoo. I did the tattoo with Kristin and she did an excellent job. She was very patient, very professional and cool. She took her time to make sure that the piece came out absolutely perfect. It was a great experience. about 3 years ago, i came here to get my ears re-pierced after having to close them up when i was a kid. i'm terrified of needles so i was really anxious to get this done, but they did a great job making me feel at ease! he ended up reopening my holes instead of repiercing them so it was painless! the shop is very clean with body jewelry made only of a specific metal that doesn't harm you (unfortunately i can't remember what it's called.. ananometal maybe?). the tools were opened fresh from the packaging right in front of me which is great to see, and they are very knowledgeable about how to keep the piercings clean while they're healing. i've been wanting to come back here to get more piercings, and maybe even a tattoo if i can ever decide on what i want! very professional, clean, well-run business and everyone here is super friendly. i came here after a friend recommended them to me, and now i recommend them to everyone! I walked into a clean inviting shop! Both artists were very much helpful at the front but Jess jumped right into looking at my pictures and listening to my ideas for my cover up and half sleeve thoughts. She immediately have input and he town artistic ideas,.... Which I loved. guidance for size and placement is their forte so it was much appreciated. I cannot wait to get in that chair for my ink. Right on par with the other reviews. Slightly limited parking, but given the location there's really no way to solve that. And FYI: they don't do piercings anymore. I can't say enough about how good Lacie is with color. I came in with my own watercolor painting, and she perfectly translated it to ink. She also provided a sample of top-notch ointment for the first few days (after which you should switch to lotion, anyway). I'll add a photo once it finishes healing. Very clean shop. I really liked the aesthetics - they obviously care about their business. The price was excellent for the quality of work. I'm definitely going to be heading back next time I have a need! Read Less

This is a really professionally run tattoo shop!I had an old,incomplete tattoo that was 10 years old.After reading the Yelp reviews I stopped by to try and get a feel for the placeI had a thorough consultation with Lacie in which she showed me her portfolio and I returned two days later for my tattoo. The work was amazing. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable, as did the owner Jeff.The shop was spotless. Got my second tattoo here, from Jess. The shop is awesome; they're clean, hygienic, friendly (but not over-friendly), and have parking. Jess' sketch of my design was even better than the downloaded one I'd asked her to replicate. The music was great, it always helps take your mind off the needle. Most definitely recommend.
