Just got my tattoo by Billy and let me tell you he did an above and beyond job. I had a vision in my head and he blew what I had away. He nailed every detail and color I wanted. First of all my appt. Was at four they didn't get to me til 415pm then he comes out with some drawings I didn't like so I said let's just do the lyrics, and the artists got kinda aggravated..so then he goes off and I dont see him for 45 minutes he comes back with lyrics drawn so we get ready to do tattoo when I notice he did lyrics wrong so I tell him and now hes really aggravated. So he goes off to fix them and I get up and leave..lost 60$$ deposit.....bad business. .do not go there for anything!!!! Read Less

I am OBSESSED with this tattoo parlor.  I have gotten 2 out of my 3 there and i would never go anywhere else.  My first was done by Jeff, and it is definitely my favorite.  Their attention to detail is unbelievable.I got my mother, father, and my boyfriend to all go there and they are also hooked.  Chico is an amazing artist to begin with and on skin is flawless.  The shop is super clean, private, and not shady at all as I know some other tattoo parlors can be.  Somehow they are sooo gentle, I had as little pain can be expected after getting a tattoo.  They care about their clients and i would definitely recommend them to anyone i know who wants a perfect new addition to their body Read Less

Not sure I can really bash this place as a whole, but the artist i had came up a short. I went to Mass Ink awhile back when they were at their old location looking for a cover up on my right arm, which i was told by the artist in question, would be fairly simple. Now the artist, who i believe was named Jim, seemed very enthusiastic about doing the piece so I figured this was my guy and entrusted him to draw it out and make it work. Now he was professional about everything, but artistically i can't say that he was good. The piece is decent at best, but you can still see shades of the old tattoo under the newer one, basically i was very disappointed. I'm currently looking to finally get it touched up to my liking. I've heard that soon after I got that done he was also deemed to have work that wasn't up to par and let go, rightfully so. I've gone with a friend and seen work my cousin got there and they both had good work done, but for some reason my experience has kind of soured me from going back. Read Less
