Small shop but that a good thing, we did a walk in and was able to have Carlos run with out idea and was able to take care of both my wife's tattoo and mine in a very well managed amount of time. While the wife was getting hers worked on i got to talking with Ziq and he's up for a challenge on a style I'm looking for. I will be going there again next time we travel to boston.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Owner confirmed over the phone they were doing a Friday the 13th deal. I arrived and had to wait since it was a come first, come serve basis. No problem. I waited over...
If I could give 0 stars I would. Owner confirmed over the phone they were doing a Friday the 13th deal. I arrived and had to wait since it was a come first, come serve basis. No problem. I waited over 2 hours for my turn. When it was finally my time, the two tattoo artists who were still there said that they were no longer doing the deal, even though 5 minutes ago they had just finished tattooing someone. They said the owner was the one doing the deals from now on. They tried to reach the owner over phone. After half hour the owner answers and says he is not coming back to the shop. So basically I spent almost 3 hours in this place to be told that they had blatantly lied to me on the phone. Do yourself a favor and find a more professional establishment.

My wife and I both came for the Friday the 13th promo and I'm so pleased with our tattoos. My first tattoo was pretty painful so I was a little apprehensive, but Carlos totally put my mind at ease with his calm and friendly demeanor, and that totally made it hurt less! Carlos's work exceeded my expectations and I'd recommend this place to anyone.

According to me and my friend's visit, this is a very sucky place, "Had an awful time trying to get an appointment. Our first appointment we get a text 20 minutes beforehand that the piercer was running late because of traffic and could we postpone 2 hours? We couldn't. But we made a new appointment and the piercer, Ashely, says that she will give us a discount for our trouble since we had to take public transit to get there. Our second appointment we texted to confirm, never got a reply, still went because why wouldn't we be able to get pierced? So we get there, even though we had an appointment and the hours said it would be open, it was not open. So my friend calls Ashely and she responds, "Can't talk text". My friend texts her and no reply. Ashely calls her but hangs up before my friend can answer. We call a few more times and no reply. Forty minutes we sat in front of the locked door that should have opened 2 hours earlier. So we looked up piercing places on google and went to Ma-zel instead. The guy there told us that that place has a reputation that is not reflected in the reviews here because friends of people who work here leave reviews. He says he has had to fix their mistakes before and that any piercing place that hosts "specials" like the buy one get one, must be doing something wrong. Good piercings aren't cheap piercings."

Small shop but that a good thing, we did a walk in and was able to have Carlos run with out idea and was able to take care of both my wife's tattoo and mine in a very well managed amount of time. While the wife was getting hers worked on i got to talking with Ziq and he's up for a challenge on a style I'm looking for. I will be going there again next time we travel to boston.
