This is the last place I would go to get inked. Literally the owner and his guy who has only two years of experience admits being green. I had spider done on my hand and re-done it twice. We got two tattoos done here and we love them. From out of town, searched for shops in the local area on Yelp and found this spot. We walked in without an appointment and Alexander was already busy at the time. But he gave us a little time to describe our design ideas to him. He gave us an estimate of the cost for both tats and an idea what time we should come back. We went for lunch and came back early. He was still busy but we waited. We waited a little longer and once he was available he brought our designs to us and gave us an estimate of how long it would take and a definite price. We were ready. He took us one at a time and it was done in the time that he stated and we were very pleased with his work. The shop was rather busy today, but that speaks for their popularity and the quality of the work. In fact, the sales associate at the hotel where we're staying knew of this place and was very excited to know we would get our tattoos done here. She asked us to come back and show her. I went here to get my first tattoo from the owner Edgar who seems to me to be a really bad business owner when it comes to customer service and trying to continue to get new costumers as clients and continue to have them come back. When you call and try to schedule a appointment, either he's too booked and he'll say he'll call you back to schedule and doesn't call you back so you actually have to call again and be behind him or he'll schedule you an appointment and cancel it 20 times for different reasons. I don't know what's going on in his personal life but he's letting it affect his work/business because by cancelling and avoiding ppl from the beginning before they have even gotten a tattoo from you, makes them not want to deal with you nor your business and would rather take their $$$ somewhere else. Finally when he did book me, I arrived at the shop and was told he had left for the day! Are you serious? He ended returning 2 hrs later and was not listening to one thing to what I wanted to get done. He finally did my tattoo, the way and size he wanted and did fully complete it. I didn't say anything because it was late and I was so over him and his business that I just payed him and left and the next day started looking for better and professional tattoo artist to complete my tattoo even if I have to spend much more $$ somewhere else, I would not return here and him and his business won't last long if he continues the way he's running his business currently Read Less
