Nope I have gotten all of my stuff here and I hate it 1my nose they were rude for no reason 2011 2 my nose again blamed me for it closing up was still rude 2011 3 snake bits. Did not tell me what size needle, done with a ring2016 4 went back to get new rings would not sell Me any becuase I did not know the size!!!! NOTE: read back to # 3 Point being they were rude and incompetent with there piercings the man who did it had a foul Oder and no one want that from the person shoving a needle in you...Right??? As a side note I had my belly button done there was done well self error caused it to close and they were polite but I just sent to mooncusers in provencetown and the man was so helpful answered every single question I had thag this store could not answer! I've had over 10 piercings done here and every single piercing came out perfect. I was so terrified my bottom belly button ring wouldn't line up with the top and Brian did it perfectly!! Wouldn't recommend anyone else but the two men that do the piercings here. Read Less

I had a belly ring for 13 years, the ball finally fell out so I came to Pincushion to make sure I got a quality ring that would last. Wiped out on my bike and the captive bead of a 15-year-old piercing popped out. Ouch. Stopped into Pin Cushion, which was close by and open late. Guy behind the counter was amazingly nice. Was able to take me into the back immediately, popped the bead in without any issue, and didn't charge me for the service. I was out of there in 5 minutes. Really impressed with the layout and the customer service. Selection looked good. Place was super clean, although they don't put paper down on the piercing table... they just spritz it like a machine at a gym. I'm not used to that, but that may be my weirdness. I have no idea why I am having such a terrible experience when everyone is having a good one, but i got my belly button pierced here a little over a week ago, and it was pierced incorrectly, I have called them, messaged them here on fb, and emailed one of their artists and all my attempts to contact them have been ignored. I have 9 other piercings that I have from a place in Worcester (piercing emporium) that I have never had an issue with, who super responsive, and have helped me with everyone of my piercings. I have come here for many piercings over the years being a cape cod native. this is really one of the only well-known piercing shops on the cape so they do get quite busy. I have never had any problem with any of the piercings I have received but the prices are definitely inflated compared to the off-cape prices I come across. The customer service definitely wouldn't be considered top notch. there is usually only one gentlemen working ( I would assume he is the owner since he is the only piercer/person I have seen there in 8 years) and he doesn't give you any acknowledgment until it is your turn to be taken back and pricked. This is annoying when you are only coming in for a simple question or for a piercing care sheet. overall, I would rather go off cape or down to Provincetown where there are a few GREAT piercing shops, but this is definitely the best option in the area. Every time I go there there's a sign on the door that says "will be back at 'x time' sorry for inconvenience". I have tried going there dozens of times and there were only people in there 3 times and it was the owner. Think he needs to get more reliable help. Got a tragus done a year ago here, great experience. Quick, easy, painless. Came all the way up from ct to go here to get the jewelry changed because I couldn't get the ball unscrewed. Thought I'd go back to the original place because I loved it so much. The guy (not the one who pierced me) wouldn't hear me out when I was explaining I had it for a year and couldn't get the ball unscrewed. He was determined it was because I was touching it too much and it was too swollen, and scolded me. I have a large tragus area to begin with. All I wanted was a jewelery change. An okay place if you've done your research. You had better know what you want pierced and what is the best type of jewelry to have there. I was looking for my 14th piercing, so I know what the piercer should be recommending by this point. He kept pushing the cheapest jewelry. The needle used, though a perfectly sterile single-use one, was rather dull. They also don't have a large variety of jewelry types in stock. Prices were average for Cape Cod - higher than off-Cape, but not terribly inflated.Sadly, one of the only half-way decent places in the area. If you can make it, there are amazing shops in Provincetown, and a new one in Easton that are well worth the trip. Read Less

I can not leave a good enough review for how AMAZING this place is. They are caring, funny, and they know what the hell they are doing. I've had Matt every time I have gone in. (Never have met Heather) He pierced my nose last summer THEN re-pierced it when i had to close it for cheerleading a couple months later. And he pierced my cartilage just today. He is a wonderful guy. Very calming, quick & knowledgable. You've GOTTA leave a tip for him when he's finished. I could not be happier with how my piercings have turned out. I love this place! And I'm not even a human pin cushion. Proof that it's got something for everybody, right? This has been my favorite shop to buy a glass pipe for over ten years. I still have a BEAUTIFUL pipe that I bought here sometime in 2003-2004. And it's still one of my favorites! The staff is always very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Their prices are very fair and honestly, a lot better than any of the places near me (I'm closer to Boston). They have a somewhat small selection, but the quality is there, and it's a really good selection.I also get earrings for my girlfriend from Pin Cushion. The selection for their plugs and earrings is insane! They have tons of options in pretty much every size. I just broke my newest piece from there, so it looks like another trip down to Plymouth is in the works! Read Less

I've gone to this establishment at least six times over almost ten years to get new piercings. No matter the type of piercing, they were nice and professional and knew what they were doing. I don't remember the name of the piercer I've gone to, but I tend to get the same two guys--both equally nice to me. Whenever I visit Cape Cod (being from Boston) I tend to migrate over in their direction for a new piece of jewelry or another piercing. Read Less

They were nice and very informative but completely over priced in my opinion. The lady said when I came in that their pricing would not be beat and it was double what I'm used. I'm from out of state so maybe that's why. But the guy was nice and helpful and definitely informed about his work. He didn't give me any bs answers about my questions either. I came one afternoon to just look around. I ended up getting my tragus and daith pierced. I was quite nervous but the guy talked to me throughout the whole thing and it was over before I knew it. The place was very nice. Enormous selection of jewelry. I was just there to have the piercer change out some jewelry for me.  I was in and out in a flash.  The guy has got skills, and seeing his interaction with someone he just pierced and others waiting, he's a no nonsense kind of guy and takes his craft seriously.  Also, I got a sense that it's best to go in knowing what you want and not expecting someone to labor over your choices with you.If I were going to get more piercings, I would definitely go back.
