I highly recommend Great Island Tattoo!! Tattoo artist Micalla created a truly stunning design from the three separate tattoo pictures I wanted merged into one. Her skill level, professionalism and artistic talent are unparalleled to my three other tattoos from other artists and places! I could not be more thrilled with this tattoo than I am! Great Island Tattoo is extremely clean, with 100% sterile and only professional materials used. And you cannot beat their prices! Literally! Wether this is your first tattoo or your fifth? Please, don't miss out on an experience here! While other Tattoo shops want to jack up prices and over charge you? Great Island Tattoo is more than fair in pricing and over the top in quality! $320 to do half an outline on my chest, no shading, no color.. 2.5 hours - wish I could post a picture

Amazing experience staff are professional and courteous. Tattoo was perfect and got a great deal would have paid twice what I paid because I am so happy with the work. Highly recommend.

I just got my first tattoo with Great island tattoo and it couldn't have went better. Everyone there was so nice, funny, and helpful. The prices are honest good and the people there are talented artists. I went to every other tattoo place in cape cod and this was the one I chose out of all of them. I suggest everyone else does the same.

My husband has gotten several tattoos done here. All are great and he's as happy as can be. Safety and cleanliness are top notch and prices are great, especially compared to NYC parlors.

The prices are honest good and the people there are talented artists. I went to every other tattoo place in cape cod and this was the one I chose out of all of them.
