This place has some amazing talent, I wanted a Phoenix on my forearm for my son. What I got was far beyond what I expected. The owner of the shop (Alika is his artist name) litterally free handed a master piece on my arm completely custom and one of a kind. The tattoo covers the entirety of the top of my forearm and only took him 3 n a half hours from scratch to finish. I would post pictures (yes pictures plural the tattoo wont fit in one) but then it wouldnt be unique anymore would it 😉. The shop is very down to earth and family oriented. I just got back from cape cod I checked all the tattoo shops before I even left to go to the cape to get 2 tattoos while I was away and The Black Pearl had the best reviews awsome reviews actually and everything I read was spot on so I stopped into black pearl and Nef drew them up and got me right in same day and he was amazing what a great artist I couldn't be happier with the work he did on my 2 new tattoos he takes his time and makes sure ur tattoo is perfect so that nigh...t I was sitting there looking at a few pictures of other tattoos and facebooked the owner that I would love one more tattoo before I went home Tuesday they said that i would defiantly be able to get one more before I left in 24 hours which I can also say when u message them or call with in mintues they contact u right back u don't have to wait days to hear back from thems so this time on a Monday no less I went in and I never seen a tattoo place so busy and packed with customers trying to get in Esspecially on a Monday but Dee being the sweetheart he is took me right in and drew it up and Dee also same as Neff did a amazing job and the owner was right I got another tattoo before I left so i got 3 new tattoos while I was away and I can honestly say out of all my tattoos and places I have been and gotten them the black pearl was by far the best and spotless with the most amazing artists and other workers and I will be seeing them again i will make the 5 hour drive to just have The guys tattoo me and I can't leave out Tyler he was so sweet nice guy he makes u feel welcome and talks u threw everything and he is also a tattooist in training I have a feeling he is going to be amazing tattooist how can he not be when he has Dee and Neff training him and I'm not sure what her name is but there's is a girl at the counter also that is a sweet heart also anyways basically if ur in cape cod please stop and see them if urlooking to get a tattoo or even to buy art they even have art hanging on the walls from the tattooists for sale even engraved and sketched skateboards that are amazing for sale you won't be disappointed Everyone at black pearl I will be seeing u guys again next time I come down I will be getting more work done one from for Neff and a tattoo Dee and maybe Tyler thanks again u guys are the best....... Nef is very low-key but professional. He checks in on pain levels and communicates with you on each stage of the tattoo. If he can't do exactly what you are looking for, he will work with you on what's possible for the size and position of the tattoo. Read Less

I went yesterday and had an appointment with Dee. He fixed up a tattoo's lettering that was done at another parlor. On top of that he also added color to the cancer ribbon inside the tattoo. It was a galaxy design in the ribbon and he did an amazing job! He is very creative and talented. I couldn't be happier with the art I received. I would absolutely recommend anybody to this parlor. Everyone there is friendly and the artwork is beautiful. Great people, atmosphere and especially the music playing was great (gotta be able to jam out)! I went in a couple weeks ago for my first half sleeve. I had a great experience! I saw Chris as my tattoo artist and what he drew up for me was amazing. The whole staff was nice.
