I did a lot of research before choosing this place. I was looking for a lettering specialist and Andy is indeed one. I will say that I had some reservations during my initial consultation as it seemed there really was not time for me and that he was not paying much attention (to his credit I'm not sure if he knew I was coming as the person I spoke with told me to stop by anytime on that given day) but I did like his rough sketch so figured I'd make an appt. and see how a scheduled appt. went.When I arrived for my appointment Andy definitely remembered what I said and had a sketch ready to go that he was able to add and amend based on my feedback. I also was not sure how big I wanted the tattoo and he printed multiple sizes for me to try.Lastly, he redid the stencil a couple times for me until we were both 100% with the placement.The result is a beautiful script tattoo! I'm very happy with the results and attention I was given during my scheduled appointment. Will see how things heal (you never know with foot tattoos) but so far very pleased with the experience and the tattoo. Read Less

Andy was amazing, this was my third tattoo and by far my favorite. Going back here from now on, my only regret is not coming here for my first two tattoos! The atmosphere was great and relaxing, they treat you like family. Even the girl working the front desk was running out to the store and asked if I needed anything. Got tattooed by Derek "Jesus" tattoos and by Andy "Grizzly" tattoos.First, "Jesus" tattoos-  his tattoo was FAR from holy, I deserve to go to hell for letting him put the needle on me. He seemed nice and had a conversation with me, most of his other work really is God-like but with me it was the complete opposite. He did the lining first which he messed up, the foot is demented and the hands looks terrible. The he ignored me for a whole year to do the shading and finish the tattoo. He said I'd be the "first" to call when he finished moving from one shop to the other but in between he did at least 50 other tattoos. When he FINALLY did my tattoo he put no effort and added maybe 30 minutes worth of shading and ruined the FOOT even more. Note: FOOT, NOT FEET. Second, Andy "Grizzly"-I'm pretty sure Grizzly stands for "bear" or something. The only bear like aspect of him as a tattoo "artist" is his crappy morals and priorities. So I ask this "gentleman" to draw out an original tattoo and he said to give him a few days. He got the few days he requested and when I show up for my appointment he says "sh*t I forgot you were coming, hold on let me draw your tattoo". I'm paying $300 for this so I expected it to be something gorgeous and ORIGINAL, especially since I asked for an ORIGINAL TATTOO. How stupid of me, I should've spelt it out. He has me sit down and goes on google images in front of me and finds a drawn picture of the tattoo I wanted then traces it on me. The ONLY REASON why I let him continue is because he is actually talented unlike his colleague. What got me mad about him is the principle. I was not treated like a loyal customer, I got treated like an annoyance. By both of them actually. And today I go on Instagram and see a BEAUTIFUL tattoo of the exact animal I wanted on me. God it was so gorgeous and clearly ORIGINAL. Something I wanted and paid so much money not to get. I recommend these two ONLY if you're a woman or a close friend of theirs, it seems that's the only time they care to try but if you're a random who shows them the upmost respect and gives a $80-$100 tip, like me for example, then they'll completely disregard you. I called a few times to plan out my tattoo and finally came in to try for a walk-in. Andy was super patient with me and squeezed me in. I've been waiting a long time to have the $$ for another tattoo and this experience was exactly what I was looking for- reasonable pricing, amazing work, and a nice tattoo artist who listened and turned my idea into reality.
