I came here for two piercings, one was done by a woman and she was fantastic. The other was done by a man and he seemed to be bothered by me. So, it's a hit or miss on customer service but both of them did a good job in terms of the actual piercing.

I have been here a couple times to receive piercings (lobes and nipples) and I have been satisfied each time. The shop is very clean and John is a very nice & knowledgeable piercer. The prices are also extremely reasonable. I highly recommend this shop, you will be in good hands.

I have been going to Beth Kennedy for the past 16 years and cannot begin to express what an amazing tattoo artist she is. When I contact her with an idea she somehow takes what is in my head and makes it even better than what I had imagined. It's amazing really. She is easy to work with and I cannot tell you how many compliments I have gotten over the years on her work. I recommend Beth to all of my friends and anyone that comments on my tattoos. The Baltimore Street shop itself is clean with plenty of free parking. All of the staff members I have encountered have been friendly and professional.

I got my first tattoo here and the pink in my ribbon for breast cancer awareness was faded after it healed. I had the same artist do a touch up and it's still faded. I don't know why. I'm not trying to get anyone from going here cause not all of them could have done this. I think it was the tattoo artist. My small tattoo cost $120 when it normally wouldn't cost that much at any other shop. My father knows about tattoos and is an artist. I know how it should look.

I got my septum pierced friday (5/30). She was super friendly and nice. Her wirk turned out great and i love my new piercing. The shop looked clean and organized. The room i got pierced in is seperate from the tattooing stations making me feel comfortable. Before she let me know everything tjat she would do. Very professional. And it cost $50 and Left a $10 tip

I've had all my work done by these guys. Professional, friendly, clean and quality jobs. Definitely 'measure twice, cut once' kind of artists, very approachable and before finalizing anything they'll make certain you love it. Clean lines, great artistry, never any healing complications whatsoever. Few of the staff can be a bit stand-offish at times, but all are knowledgeable, helpful and good at their job.

Scheduled an appointment at 11 oclock. The artist shows up at 12 oclock and doesn't even apologize for being late. All the artists were rude and ignorant. Tattoo guns and needles seemed to be laying ...
Scheduled an appointment at 11 oclock. The artist shows up at 12 oclock and doesn't even apologize for being late. All the artists were rude and ignorant. Tattoo guns and needles seemed to be laying out and unsterile. And finally, the consolation was for 50 dollars and after the tattoo was finished he said "well... its bigger then I thought so I'm gonna need 75." Seriously?? ...avoid this place at all costs.

Walked in with my friend and there were people sitting around doing nothing completely ignoring us! I went in for piercings which is done behind a door which we didn't know we were confused as hell. But you can't even say she'll be with you in a minute? Totally rude. However the piercing girl is very sweet and professional would go back for piercings but tattoos? Forget it! Show some customer service

When I contact her with an idea she somehow takes what is in my head and makes it even better than what I had imagined. It's amazing really. She is easy to work with and I cannot tell you how many compliments I have gotten over the years on her work. I recommend Beth to all of my friends and anyone that comments on my tattoos. I'm not trying to get anyone from going here cause not all of them could have done this. I think it was the tattoo artist. My small tattoo cost $120 when it normally wouldn't cost that much at any other shop. My father knows about tattoos and is an artist. I know how it should look.

Definitely 'measure twice, cut once' kind of artists, very approachable and before finalizing anything they'll make certain you love it.
