I called to come in to get a body piercing jewelry drove 25 mins away because they were the only ones open and they closed at 9 pm I arrived at 8:49 They were CLOSED I even stopped pass the ATM before i arrived because the young lady on the phone said they charge a 5% surcharge fee when you used your card in their shop wow.... These guys were awesome. Went in to get my gigantic captive hoop changed to a smaller, more comfortable one. Took the guy maybe 10 mins to set up and change the ring for me. He even gave me advice on another piercing I had done at a different shop that wasn't healing so well. There's plenty of parking too and it's super easy to get to. Thankfully they stay open late also. When I'm ready for a new piercing I'm definitely planning to go back here. Read Less

I made my appointment for a tattoo on Saturday, I showed the lady at the front desk what I wanted and she consulted an artist on how much it would be. She had me pay a $50 deposit and told me to come in on Tuesday at 5:30. She was super friendly. I came in about 30 minutes early because I wanted to add something to my tattoo and the tattoo artist only charged me $10 more which I thought was a great deal. Darren my tattoo artist was super chill he did the stencil for the tattoo super fast and I was in and out of there in no time.It hurt pretty bad, most tattoos do, but he checked up on me and asked if I was alright a couple of times which was nice since it was my first tattoo. The tattoo came to a total of $91 including tip. I'm very satisfied and will definitely be back! Read Less

Jeff hooked me up!Went in to get my belly re-pierced and he first checked to make sure the previous piercing was indeed closed. And guess what, he was able to open it with not much effort and no re-pierce! The whole atmosphere is incredible. Ashley is such a sweet person and is a great person to have at the front welcoming people in and getting them squared away (her hair is so cool, too). Bobby was the one who did my tattoo, and he is incredible. He's meticulous in his work and just an all-around good guy who made me feel so at ease about the whole process. So I came to this shop to get Keith to do a tattoo cover up for me. After being put through the ringer with Keith starting work on me, having to pay fully, then up and leaving the shop all together in between the time of him starting work on me and having to come back and get my tattoo finished....I almost lost all faith in this shop. Bobby Sylvester came to the rescue. The only thing that was done to my tattoo before Bobby took it over was am attempt to fade it with white ink by Keith and a little bit of laser work by the owner. Bobby took my cover up and went above and beyond my expectations! He is an amazing artist who does amazing work and is so professional. Two hours later, my tattoo was everything I wanted and more. I came here to get a nose piercing. I came on a weekday and only one other person was waiting. But I still had a bit of a wait. But only because the piercer wasn't in yet. But that's my fault, I should've checked before hand.The girl at the counter was nice. No 'tude. She even came back to the room at one point for support since I came alone. But by then, the process was basically over. I still appreciated the gesture though.The actual piercing went fine. The only problem I had was when I came back to them to change out the jewelry.. I had gotten a stud at first, and when I came back, I wanted a hoop. But I was told that that wasn't possible, because they didn't pierce me with the possibility of having different types of jewelry. (Which I have discovered to be false. When I got my nose repierced, I got it done in the exact same place, and I have a hoop now) So, I ended getting another stud. But this eventually pushed itself out because it had no back. I don't know why I let them talk me into that one. Once it fell out, I just left it out.. We went to Las Vegas for our sons 21st birthday and there was Tattoo Expo at Mandalay Bay so we decided to check it out. I am so glad I did! We met Keith and crew and loved them!
