Best thing about my tattoo was the design.
He failed to show up for my appointments twice without notice. He claimed his mother was in the hospital and ducked me since. Come to find out he no longer works there, and changed his number and didn’t complete my tattoo. He owed me 2.5 hours of tattoo. Bad experience!

Came in to get a nose piercing and originally was super confused when I got there as it seems as the property owner of the building doesn't allow for signs to be on the building to indicate where everything is. When you arrive to the building number that shows on the address the entrance is in the corner. There is a flag that should help you find the place. When we got there the door was locked as it was a little later in the evening and it may be some policy they have to avoid people coming in and out. But if you call the shop they come right out and let you in. Don't be nervous when you walk in and see footprints on the floor. (It is part of a zombie escape room) Anyway, finally got to the floor that has the shop and was greeted by 2 other tattoo artist. They were super sweet and nice. The owner of the place actually did my piercing and I was super impressed on how he explained all my questions and walked me step by step on what he was doing next. My biggest concern as I'm sure many people would have is cleanliness and everything was very sanitary. He used a new needle and everything. The pricing was also very good. I've shopped around and for a nose piercing it was starting around $60! I got mines for much much cheaper. $25! It was an awesome experience and can't wait to come back. I have a few friends who want some piercings and I'm a firm believer if I get great service I'll spread good word by mouth. The owner was very sweet and funny and definitely made you feel at ease which is great. Thank you guys!

This is the best tattoo place I've ever been to. The employees and polite, professional, and fun. And most important, their work is CLEAN. They did an amazing job on my piece, which wasn't even in English! The prices are very reasonable and the work is great. I will be going back here for all my work from here on out.

I'm very disappointed with my experience here. The artist is talented but changed course of my tattoo without telling me. I'm angry. I feel violated. Will never go back.
The artist was Tre dizzle. My tattoo was never finished and I bought a Groupon and the time wasn't done. I got there at 430 and didn't get into the table until 8. And saw that he changed it (and spelled something wrong) by 920. Is there any way another artist can finish it? Or can the owner please contact me?

Jason did a horrible half ass job on my tatts located on the back of my legs... smh can't believe I paid and tipped him. When I went to get them fixed he acted like he was doing me a favor and kept procrastinating. Not to mention I spoke with him prior twice before picking a day to come! I eventually just left. Customer service was horrible and very unprofessional.
