Jeff did my foot yesterday and it turned out AMAZING!! My only regret is that I didn't come to him for my first one too..! Loved the new shop and the atmosphere. Party atmosphere, artwork is Mediocre at best. I got one tattoo there, a good size dragon, I was told I'd get a custom drawing. the design ended up pretty much just a tracing of the pic I brought. He said it would look killer when colored, and to trust him, he's the owner. It seemed like there was a party at the shop everyone was drinking, it smelled heavily of marijuana and I'm sure I saw a few pills being sold and taken. Definitely a local hang-out, everyone seemed to know one another, and with it being a wide open room, everyone has to be at "the party" whether the are comfortable with it or not.  So short story long, I ended up with a dragon on my forearm that looks straight outta 1996. As a collector I hate it, luckily I found an artist that can repair Kevins "artwork". So if you're looking for good but not great tattoos, or any number of drugs....this is the place! Read Less

They are the best there I have been going there since I turned 18. Now I'm 30 I have gotten all my tattoos there. All there work is great and I have even seen stuff they have fixed and it turns out great. I take ALL my friends and family there and no one has said any different..............  I just got my back redone which Kevin did when I was 18 and now just had it redone bigger and Jeff does a great job like always........... I got my first tattoo here a few years ago and a year later almost to the week I got a second one. The atmosphere at Shepke's is really cool, and really laid back. The prices are reasonable and the artists are all excellent! Devin did both of my tattoos, I was so pleased with the first one that I opted to get him to do the second. I have seen Kevin and Jeff's work and it is awesome as well. If you are going to get inked I'd say this is the place you should go because you will not be disappointed with the results. Read Less

I went here in the winter, It was kindda slow for them. I went to look at some flash to get ideas of what I wanted but didnt see anything that was neer what I wanted. But my girlfreind did. so she got one instead... It was and still is a beutiful tattoo of a tiger butterfly intwianed with rose vines. NICE! Well... I got to talking to the fella doing the tattoo, about the art I was looking for. I wanted a rig with black smoke rolling from the stacks out in the dessert. whith sculls reflecting off the chrome bumper bla bla bla... Anyway, He says he would work on the picture for me,It would be $50.00 up front. and to come back in a few days. so... I did. Well he hadnt found time. so I give him a week.. I come back to the shop.. nothing! so I goto the house and get a pencil drawing of somthing simular.. well that makes it a little more easy for him.. so he was going to draw it up... I gave him 2 more weeks, I come into the shop. He has my drawing that I brought to him with nothing added to it! ..So Keep in mind I had allready payed him 50 BUCKS! So I said just email me what you get done and I will look at it. He says ok no problem!.....................No Email. I go back down there. He says he forgot.. I says no problem gave him my email again! no pic!!! He wouldnt refund me for the artwork he never even tryed to do. So thats why they only get 1 star from me!
