Jeff did an amazing job piercing my diath. I have had many piercings and many artists that tore my ear or made me cry. This guy was a freaking Jedi , it was in and out in what seemed like a flash. I wish I could talk about my experience but I didn't get the chance. The process to set up an appointment for a consultation was very easy, however when I got to the shop, it was empty and no one was there. I had high hopes but i just ended up frustrated. I guess I should have expected them to be closed on Memorial Day but the website still allowed me to make an appointment for this day. I am very frustrated. Read Less

If you want a rude, pompous tattoo artist that ignores his clients, doesn't show up for appts, and asks the DAY OF "what you want" when you had a consult WEEKS AGO- then Mike Dolch is your guy. You can really tell this guy is arrogant, and every client is another dollar sign. He randomly comes up with prices off the top of his head as he feels like it. Not to mention the fact that the music is so incredibly loud and blaring that you can't even hear yourself think. If you want a reputable, PROFESSIONAL company with amazing artists and good customer service, I'd recommend Konkrete Jungle or Black Cat Tattoos. I'll never give this guy or his shop any business again. Granted, he does do good work, but that does not make up for bad quality customer service.Read Less

Came in for ear piercing for my 7 year old daughter. Hunter did the work. He was so laid back, calm and collected, showed everything, paid attention, explained how it all will happen, answered all the questions that it put both myself and my daughter at ease. The procedure was quick and mostly painless, he took his time to make sure it was centered and perfect. Then he explained how to take care of it.
