Went in on Sunday for the Harry Potter flash and was beyond impressed. I was a little skeptical after reading reviews but I have absolutely no complaints. It was a bit crowded but not over whelming and everything ran smoothly and the staff was personable, energetic and EXTREMELY organized. I was eventually going to go to this shop for an appointment because it seemed like they took in a lot of younger artists for apprenticeships but honestly after seeing how poorly their work is online and how they act and trash their customers online I'll never give them my service. Their younger artists are rude, unprofessional, and unskilled including Dez Aster for shaming customers on her social media for not being hygenic. If I could give it no stars I would. Read Less

Chris did 3 piercings on me on Christmas eve and did an awesome job. Very polite, clean, and professional. I have also gotten a small tattoo on my wrist in September 16' just can't remember the guys name but I so remember he was professional, clean, and did a great job. Never been here but one of the artist that works here is stealing images from other local artists and putting it in his portfolio like he did the work which he didn't. I know cause I've seen the original piece of work and where it originated from and it wasn't from him. I understand all tattoos are based off of other images of the same design but to take the exact image somebody else did and claim it as yours is simply put not cool and says a lot about your character and your dedication you out into your craft which in this case must be very little. I stopped by with a friend in search of some quality replacement jewelry for my newly healed Septum piercing.When we arrived an employee was outside on his smoke break. He politely greeted us and asked if we were getting a tattoo or piercing. We told him we just wanted to buy jewelry. He told us to go on inside and that he or his co-worker would help us ASAP. I was fairly surprised that he was soo nice, often times when I go to a shop just to buy an item employees act a bit annoyed because they know they wont make much money from me.The person who waited on us was very knowledgeable and patient. Though my friend and I browsed for quite some time we took a long time to come to a decision. While we tried to decide on the pieces we wanted we asked questions and joked with the people who worked there. The atmosphere was very welcoming and laid back, like a tattoo and piercing place should be. Often times when you walk into a shop you get the feeling that you've barged into a club house uninvited. My friend and I didn't get that vibe at all. Nothing's worse than getting a tattoo and piercing by a mean person in an uncomfortable and awkward establishment.The jewelry was fairly priced at $10 per and the person who helped us out offered really good advice.This shop is a bit out of the way for me but I will defiantly go back to get piercings in the future.
