The shop is very well kept very clean the guy's is really accommodating they will talk to you and tell you what's good or what's not. The guy who pierced my ears was pretty awful. He was rude and very apathetic. He also didn't show me what earrings were they were going to use, he just pierced them so fast within 1 minute of me walking into the room for my appointment. He didn't tell me how to take care of them after and didn't give me any cleaning solution. I've been cleaning them with alcohol and soap and water for months, but they're still infected. This is a great tattoo shop. Everyone was so polite! My sister and I came to get matching lotus flowers! We ended up loving them so much we both got another tattoo. I got a sunflower and my sister got a semicolon and a cross. Rostam Rozi was our artist, he was amazing! He did our tattoos very fast. He talked us through everything and he also was gentle. First experience was a good experience. I would go back. The establishment appeared clean. The process was easy. I think I was there maybe a half hour for a piercing. Got my nose pierced by Mike 🤦🏿‍♀️🤦🏿‍♀️ During the process, he asked me if I take blood supplements cause I bleed to much and the bleeding is making it difficult for him.. And I think he uses bad jewelry because I struggled with bombs the entire time I had the nose ring on. And after a year and a half the piercing still didn’t heal and I had to take it out completely. Terrible. The customers are tattooed out in the open. No separation of artists or customers. They just put them all behind the counter in plain sight so every Tom, Dick and Harriet can watch while you're being tattooed. No thanks. So I came to this location yestetday to get my nose pierce and the guy that did mine's was like he's just there for a paycheck! When I got to the back I ask him can I see the ring he's going be using first? Since he already had everything open and on the table before I was call to the back. Once he show me I explain him I'm afraid of needles and please be genital, also kept asking him what side do women get their nose ring on? He was like what ever you want up you he was no help. So I got it in the right side but come find out women get there's on left side I'm so piss!! He was not gental or even care i told him I'm scared already he just push that thing threw said leave tissue in 10min. I had ask him about cleaning because he sure didn't tell me nothing afterwards to say least I didn't feel comfortable and I'm not happy muy nose ring on right I got pay extra money get it done again. Very dissapointed with my experience here. After looking online reviews, my friend and I decided to come in for "walk-in" nose piercings last monday night(April 26th). We are students at UMD, and was looking for a friendly, comfortable service nearby. However, the process was abrupt, impatient, and very uncomfortable. Mike did both our piercings in about five minutes. As soon as I sat down, I was extremeley nervous and shaky. He dotted my nose within a second, and quickly p...ierced without any warning or consideration, even after EXPRESSING how outwardly uncomfortable I was. In fear, I quickly asked if the piercing looked normal/okay. Mike responded "yup", with his back to me. He wasn't even looking at me. After my friend had witnessed this, she wanted to leave without service because she was so frightened with the service. Even though we came in late in the evening, there was no excuse for the apathy and unprofessionalism we encountered. We understand that everyone has long/bad days. We are college students who get very little sleep. However, the experience was was so unfriendly that even Mike was suprised after we had tipped him responding with an a suprised "Oh.....thank you!". My piercing ended up looking nice and healing well. My friend had to take her piercing out because it wouldn't stop bleeding. I got my daith pierced by Mike and asked him to assess a miceodermal piercing from out of state. He seemed to lack knowledge and friendliness. When I informed him the dermal was on my sternum, he had me lower my shirt collar at the front counter in front of a crowded waiting room. When inquired about the after care and healing time for a daith piercing, he seemed unknowledgable, stating a 4-6 week healing time. The piercing aftercare sheet given by the shop recommending antibacterial soap and bactine application to new piercings is in line with getting an ear piercing at a mall. Minimal jewelry selection, poor piercing angle, and he warped the "gold" 5/16 captive ring. I won't be surprised if this piercing doesn't heal. Read Less

It was my first time getting a tattoo and of course, like anybody, I was extremely nervous and scared! David was AMAZING! Not only was he super friendly and sweet, he was also extremely patient and was helpful with all my tattoo questions. I'd recommend him to anybody but I'd especially recommend him to anybody getting their first tattoo! It didn't hurt nearly as bad as I thought! My friend and I have been talking about getting our tragus pierced for the longest time. Finally, we had time to go to College Park to get it done; however, when we got to the one in College Park it was closed for an unexpected reason. We thought about just going home and not getting it done. However, we decided to look up a place nearby and this was one that came up on our search. I liked this place and I'm happy we decided to get it done here. They were professional and the price was reasonable. 4.5* Great place for first anythings. Staff is really professional. I went in for my first tattoo and thought it was going to be awful but I was shocked at how quick I was in and out of there. The aftercare was explained thoroughly and it healed as it should. I plan to go back in a few years if it needs to be recolored although I doubt it'll be soon. I got my first tattoo done there in 2007. They were professional and friendly. I decided to get my nose pierced there on 11/4/17. It was really quick and the staff was still just as friendly as the first time I went. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants fast service and a friendly environment. These guys are great! My sisters came up to visit from VA and we spontaneously decided on matching tattoos. The guys were friendly and helpful and assisted us quickly. I walked in a got a bad vibe just by the blank stare the front desk guy gave me. I wanted to get a nose piercing and after asking a couple of questions he went to the back "to find out" the answer and came back with no answer, turn asked me if my ID was fake (wth) and has me fill out the form just to say we can't do it cause you're too far a long.. Not just cause Aim simply pregnant. So why waste my time when I am obviously pregnant and even told him before I started to fill out everything. DO NOT GET YOUR NOSE PIERCED BY "PEACHES". 2 days after I got my nose pierced the stud started to sink in causing a lot of pain... Due to the fact that she didn't Make sure that the post length gave enough room for the initial swelling,  now you can barely see the stud... I am going to another shop to get the problem fixed.. Came here with a few girlfriends and we all got something different. 2 tattoos, a Marilyn Monroe piercing, and tongue piercing, and I got a nose ring.  A few of us were "experienced" but 2 were newbies besides ears being pierced.  First off, the place is very clean! This is important, not just that its sterile where need be but just generally a clean place (bathroom also). The young lady that greeted us and was at the register was very polite and answered all of our questions. She was very nice, I guess I expected a way too cool for school type of person LOL.  The guy who pierced my nose was also very nice. I was super nervous and he explained what he was going to do and the level of pain as well as the aftercare. He was so quick that honestly although it certainly hurt a bit, was over so quickly!  He was caring, made sure he explained the sterile things he used and jus generally was very patient with a chicken like me.I highly recommend them if you're in need of a tattoo or piercing!
