After 3 years of searching, I found my place!!   Recently a friend had posted a picture of her tattoo and it definitely stood out from all the other tattoos I'd seen around.   (The design was unique, the colors were were vivid and bright, and the line work was amazing.)  When I looked up her artist, I was equally impressed with the other stuff he had done, so I booked my appointment.    (Warning, it will take a while to get in because he is booked out...  I took this as another good sign, but also a little bummed that I'd have to wait.)   At my consult, I gave Tony my ideas and he made them into much more than I could have expected- and that was before it hit my arm and had the details. My appointment took 4 hours and not quite done, but I already love it.     To top that,  Tony and his wife, Kayli, are super friendly and put you at ease.  *I also saw the work(s) that she was doing and it was just as awesome!!!*     The place is small, but VERY clean- nothing like a lot of the sketchy holes around.  The prices here are probably comparable to them and you don't have to walk away wondering if you left with something other than ink or a piercing.   LOL So to sum up this book of a post:Pros:*Great place if you are looking for a tattoo style beyond traditional. *SUPER clean*VERY professional & friendly*You can't be the price for the quality you get.*No work is cookie cutter- you won't find anyone with your tattoo.Cons:*Wait time IF you don't appreciate that everyone else wants to get in with them too.  ;)**Really, there aren't any. Talented artists who are professional, extremely sanitary and have a fun and relaxed atmosphere. I wanted to cover-up a really bad tattoo that was poorly designed and had little meaning. Instant History gave me an entirely new piece with no trace of the prior ink. My new tattoo has a lot of meaning, the art and application is beautiful. I highly recommend. Read Less

Super cool, fun, and amazing people!! I made two trips into their shop while in MD for vacation!! Kayli pierced my nose for me and it was done excellently. Very clean and professional. My nose is healing nicely and I am very happy with the whole experience. Also super excited to fly from Texas to get my tattoo with Tony in August! I had an tattoo appointment scheduled for Wednesday at 1:00. Tuesday I called at 2:50 to cancel my appointment. I had pnemonia and was obviously not going to make it. I apologized for not giving 24 hour notice, and that I was hoping to reschedule my tattoo. I was told that Kaylie would call me back. Nothing. That Thursday I sent an email explaining the situation. I called back on Friday and was again told that Kaylie would call me back. Fast forward to the following Wednesday and still no phone call or email. Completely understand if I lost my deposit because I didn't give 24 hour notice, but since no one has called me- as far as I'm concered, they can keep the $50 and I'll find a tattoo artist that actually wants my business. Kayli did my eyebrows last night and I could not be happier!! I knew I was in good hands when I watched her custom mix the color for my brows and then used a special tool to carefully measure out the perfect brow for my face. She was extremely conscious of my feelings from beginning to end.
