I had gotten my tragus pierced with a straight bar about 2-3 months ago. It’s been sore ever since. Today, I went in, and Van was so patient with trying to figure out the best solution possible. From the second he took out the old jewelry I felt so much pressure relieved. And now, with the new jewelry in I’m not longer in pain! He made the whole visit very comfortable and knowledgeable. This was my first tattoo done here. Over the span of 37 years I had 3 others done. So I don't get one until I think on it quite a while! This one is on my wrist so it really had to be good. She kept me talking through the whole process to manage pain and take my mind off of it. My daughter got her nosed pierced. They was very professional, excellent, and we loved them. We will be going back there if we ever decide to get more piercings. I'm loyal to good artists, not shops. I kept on liking this shop -despite the drama- on FB until today. Unliked. Extremely unprofessional behavior from an owner. Inside of shop is dark, uninviting and cluttered. One of the artists (not the one that worked on me) smelled heavily of alcohol. The only reason I'm giving three stars is because my artist was amazing. Clean, professional and super talented. She deserves 5 stars. This place as a business more like one. If you'd like a recommendation for an excellent piercer or tattoo artist, I can give a few. I will not be visiting this shop again. This is not a "fake review". Read Less
