Went in to ask if they did tattoos on minors with documented parental consent because I didn't see anything on their site about it. They rudely responded with "no" and quickly dismissed me before I could ask any follow up questions. Talented artists but not worth the trip if that is how they treat customers.

Black Label is really great! Before I knew it, I have received 3 tattoos from 3 different artist here haha. I have yet to have a bad experience! The place is clean and the artist are nice and helpful....
Black Label is really great! Before I knew it, I have received 3 tattoos from 3 different artist here haha. I have yet to have a bad experience! The place is clean and the artist are nice and helpful. Matt is my favorite so far, he did my back shoulder peice. If you are thinking about getting tatted here go for it! It's mostly by appointment but walk-ins are accepted if you go in early in the day sometimes. Price range is standard too. There is a lot to choose from in Downtown Frederick but the quality at Black Label is the best in my opinion. Hope this helps!

They are extremely clean, have been very professional, and the atmosphere in the shop is very friendly and welcoming! I would definitely recommend Black Label to anyone looking to get a tattoo!
