Chris did a great job with my highly customized water/nature scene. I was looking for a distinct mix of sharper lines with blue and green and gold coloring and needed it to be bolder than watercolor style. He worked with me very professionally through the process and modified the colors and shading to work perfectly with my skin and placement. The end result is exactly what I wanted. Chris was phenomenal and was very insistent that I tell him if I was feeling faint. When I did feel nauseated I told him right away, we stopped I got some water and a glucose tablet and then we resumed afterward. Omg where do we begin... We brought our 17 year old twin daughters here for their first tattoo and were overwhelmed not knowing what to expect seeing as neither one of us have any tattoos yet lol.. The cleanliness and pure knowledge of exactly what he Chris Thayer was doing was amazing to say the least! He was actually in the middle of training a new hire when we arrived and did such a great job catering to both him and all of us! It was so professional, clean, caring and jus...t an overall comfortable environment! If you had any concerns, doubts or were uneasy or unsure about anything he made sure all that was put aside before he even began! You knew what u were getting and what it was going to look like before u even laid down for him to start..Our twins came in thinking that wanted one thing one way lol and walked out with it exactly as it should be thanks to his knowledge and expertise! His pure talent of drawing is unbelievable and his skill of how and where to place them perfectly aligned was to say the least totally awesome! We were extremely satisfied at the craftsmanship of his work and the aftercare demonstration he gave the girls to care for it at home was self explanatory thanx to his explanation. We went to dinner on the way home and had so many people admiring his work, we were so glad we purchased merchandise to advertise for him when we arrived back to Virginia! This place exceeded all of my expectations! The environment as you walk in is so welcoming and the place itself is very clean. Chris made us feel so comfortable and we had such a great experience with him! Not only was I satisfied with the place and the tattoo artist, but I ultimately love the result!
