I went to take my 16 year old daughter to get a tattoo they told me to bring her birth certificate her school id and my driver license which I did the tattoo guy forgot his name go and ask my daughter how old is she, she accidentally said 15 then say 16 mind you my daughter just turn 16 so just cause she said that he said no he not doing it mind you I got all the info they want tho I got mad with him and told him you don’t have right to talk to my daughter clearly whatever question you want to ask ask me smh it don’t matter what she accidentally said if I have all the document y’all ask for that all you should know Read Less

I went into Tragic Magic for a second time today. The guy who originally pierced me is no longer at the shop. So I was directed to MELISSA😍😍😍 She is awsome! Very professional payed attention to my concerns about my piercing. And corrected the issue... If I every get pierced again she will definitely be my go to. I got my nose piercing done by this shop approximately a year ago. The first time I got in there, the bald-headed guy with the small beard said that they only accept cash. I thought that was strange (This shop is in the mall, and you only accept cash in the year 2016- That's ridiculous). During the process of the nose piercing, the same guy was very professional and was patient with my fear of piercing. The procedure was pretty sterile. They did not sell any cleaning products for piercing. I went home and about a week later, the piercing came out. I discovered that the nose piercing was too loose. I went to the same guy again and he re-inserted my nose pierce with minimum charge. Two weeks later, it came off and it was loose again. I came back a third time, and the same guy brushed me off and said, I had to pay the full price if I wanted him to re-insert again. He also replied that he got other customers to attend too. I don't know why he said that noting that there was only one customer. I had to buy straight bone nose piercings to maintain the hole in my nose. This was very upsetting and frustrating for me as the customer. Clean store, but very poor customer service. I thought to myself, why should I pay again for your mistake in not tightening my nose piercing. That same guy was rude and I will never come back to this shop again for piercings! Read Less

They had a really good artist who did my cover up with color for a decent price and great artwork but the white trash that I encountered as a returning customer just left me speechless with regret. Whatever you do, do so in writing. They will have you sign the form and put down a deposit but NO WHERE on this form is it stated that if you decide not to get that tattoo your deposit is NONREFUNDABLE. Nor does it state that the argumentative staff will accuse you of not informing them in a timely fashion that you were canceling your session- though their listed public phone number is out of service. I was yelled at by Brian the one I was supposed to be tattooed by and his burly co-worker that informed me he was the owners brother. I left so appalled at the ugliness and them being located in Forestville Mall treated me like some ghetto hoodrat but I'm well educated from Suburban Virginia. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! Read Less

I got my industrial piercing done here by a guy called Shotgun in January, and he did a great job. He walked me through the process of it as he pierced my ear, and also gave me tips on the cleaning process. It was a brief visit, but I've had absolutely no issues with my piercing. It's pretty much healed completely by now. I highly recommend getting your piercing here--the industrial, anyway. Read Less
