I called this shop before stopping by today and their telephone Customer Service was so amazing, I decided to stop by and introduce myself as a Google Local Guide and talk about some tattoos I want to get. The location is very nice outside and inside was very clean with a nice Reception Area and extremely comfortable seating for customers. I spoke with one of their Tattoo Artists and his wife (who also took my call), as well as the Owner. They all were very nice, and made me feel welcome. The Artist and the Owner answered all of my questions and they even helped me refine one of my next tattoo designs. Brian did a great job on my tattoo cover up, he was very professional on establishing my appt. They are cash only and some guy was blasting videos on his phone up front, which is my only complaints. The staff was friendly. The paperwork was straight forward. Brian was very friendly, informative, and flexible. I would definitely come back for more work in the future. I walked in to a cozy modern shop and met the sweetest man who was so eager to help. He was genuinely interested in my sketches and very encouraging. And then I met Brave, the piercer. Yes, she does look like the coolest version of Merida ever! She was educated classy and went above and beyond to help my crooked nostril piercing.
