I wanted to try a new tattoo artist and went to KC. She's extremely nice and we did come up with a good design. But, I had to go back because the color and lines weren't consistent. We were looking for a Tattoo place that would do ear piercings for children.  We were referred to Josh at Deville Ink.  When we called he was extremely helpful and very flexible with the hours.  We went in today and it was more of the same.  He treated our five year old daughter as if she was royalty.  He was extremely helpful and explained everything before he did it.  He walked her through what was going to happen and helped her relax.  Prior to him doing the piercing he marked her ears, and then remarked them multiple times.  He made sure that they were perfectly centered and matched on both sides.  The piercing went smoothly with no tears and ended with a freezy pop. Just got my nipples pierced along with my husband. Josh the piercer was fabulous. Talked to us through each step of the process. Put our minds at ease and really spelled out aftercare. This place was perfect for my nose piercing experience. Josh was a wonderful piercer. He's a straight talker who takes no BS, but super sweet in the way he made me feel super comfortable and joked with me since he knew how nervous I was! He pierced my nose in the perfect spot and made me feel really comfortable about the after care and calling with questions. I called two days after since I was having some light blood oozing from the site, but he was super cool and thorough in answering my questions and made me feel at ease. The price was also on point. They charge $35 for a nose piercing. When I was first price shopping, I called Saints & Sinners, and their charge was $65!!! I'm sure they do a fantastic job, but $30 more for a straightforward piercing seems like price gouging to me. Maybe because it's in Fells? But still...Overall, I'm super happy with my piercing and the reasonable price I paid! Definitely recommend these guys for your next piercing. Read Less

Deville Ink is the ONLY shop I'll ever have do my tattoos, I've never once had a bad experience. All the employees are respectful, will always greet you with a frendly hello. I've been tattooed by Tony Deville and Ben and they're both amazing! My boyfriend has been tattooed by them and KC and she is amazing! Anthony is very friendly and his work is beautiful so we plan on more to come! They're great, the work they do is perfect. I have been to several tattoo shops in the area. Deville is really at the bottom. They are not clean. Some staff is friendly, some is not. They do a lot of bargain deals which should tell you something. Good shops do not have to have bargains every week to fill their slots. The work is inconsistent. Stopped by about two weeks ago to get my septum pierced. The shop manager was super friendly, and got everything in order before I went back. Josh welcomed me back to his station right away. Everything was orderly and clean. He talked me through everything he was going to do. He even gave me some advice about the healing of my industrial piercing. He was really gentle, and totally put me a ease. It was far less painful than my industrial and is healing brilliantly. Josh is clearly very experienced. Gave me great post care instructions and I can't wait to get my jewelry changed once everything is done healing. I've already recommended him to multiple friends, you're in great hands here. Awesome experience for my first tattoo! Tony did a great job. I was clearly nervous and had not settled on the details of my design. Everyone in the shop took the time to give me options and explain how certain things would look. He also used photoshop to give me a ton of options for size and curvature which I thought was awesome. they've never won any awards, tony is a bull sh*tter whose lied about everything possible. that shop is a hillbilly white trash circus. he's not a master piercer, there's no such thing or certification, its just more bs.. just a bunch of self proclaimed crap. any artist who worked there that was any good has always left on their own then tony makes up lies about them. the artists there are very mediocre at best, and the old lady at the counter is a real mess. Went in last weekend because their piercing prices seemed like a really good deal. Very rude service and dirty sofas in the waiting area. Never made it to back of the house because front of the house was so lazy and unfriendly. Not sure if it's because I'm obviously queer or if they thought I didn't have money. There is no quicker way to loose my business than to treat me as if my business isn't worth your time.I marched out of there and straight to Fidelity Tattoo in Middle River. They charge a bit more but it they were chatty and friendly and seemed a lot safer/cleaner. Read Less

My daughter and I both went in today for a cartilage piercing. The place was super friendly, extremely sanitary, clean & well kept. Everyone spoke to us making us feel welcome. All the proper techniques were explained to us on the correct ways to take care of our piercings and the proper way and amount of times a day to clean them. They even supplied us with the granules to mix in with the water to clean the piercings. DEFINATELY a go back to place. Another excellent piece of work by Tony. After a great experience in June (who comes in on their day off to fit into your schedule?), I went back for another piece tonight. Got my first very old school piece, a bluebird with "she flies with her own wings" in Latin on my forearm (call it my divorce tattoo) in some really pretty freehand script. Tony was great, again, and really made my friend, who came along with me to check it out, feel ok being there. He even gave her good advice for her own work in the future. This is an award winning shop that produces quality art. As for piercing... I have been pierced at DeVille Ink (Tony is a master piercer and the owner and Josh goes above and beyond). Microdermal implants, lip, nostril, second navel, you name it! They explain everything - the entire process including aftercare. They are also there if you have any problem with the piercing. Sometimes people don't care for the piercings the right way, the body doesn't take to the piercing, dermals get bumped very easily, etc. They have been on call to answer any of my questions. They have even fixed old shop's mess-ups. Their jewelry is top of the line and they sell it for such a reasonable price. I have researched each piercing prior to getting them done and I would not go anywhere else. They honor their quality work and are there to help out (like changing jewelry) even after the piercing is done - no matter how long after. They will also consult with you before you get your piercing done. The first time I went to get pierced there, the consult confirmed that they were the place to go. I've also had Tony do cover-ups and have had hours of tattoo sessions with him. Not only is he talented, but professional and knows his stuff. I am so happy with the art I have. He has fixed a lot of junk work, but also created new pieces that are just gorgeous and flow with my body and the rest of my ink.KC DeVille does amazing work as well. Her art is beautiful. I have had four substantial size tattoos done by Jorge.  Very friendly and extreemly creative.  for the last two i just gave him the idea and he came up with designs that are really kick ass.  Everyone wants my ink, i send them there.  I will not let any artist work on me now that i have found Deville.  In fact I am traveling back from Nh to have work done by Jorge.Everyone in the shop is friendly and the place is by far the cleanest shop i have ever walked into.  The prices caint be beat. I came in on Jan 14th to get a Ravens tattoo done. Jorge was my artist. First, this place is clean. Everything  is clean, and the shop is very bright and open. Nothing feels cramped. The people that work here are also very friendly, and there's just a good vibe here! It's nice to see a place where people seem to enjoy working in. It makes the experience much better. Prices are reasonable. Jorge was friendly, quick, and frankly this was the least painful tattoo I've ever had. So, he has a gentle hand! I appreciate that when getting a tattoo done, cause let me tell you. It hurts, but it's worth it. He also had some great suggestions for how to further help my tattoo heal, which different lotion suggestions. So he also knows what he's talking about!
