I definitely do not recommend at all! Got a piercing, they used the wrong size barbells. Went in a week later so they could see it and tell me what to do. They said just keep it clean and use antibacterial ointment. Went to another tattoo shop of a friend, he said they needed to be taken out ASAP. The ball on both ends of the barbell was completely under my skin. I will never use Real Ink again! Read Less

Set an appointment and drove several hundred miles just to have James tell me he was doing another tattoo and couldn't do mine. Very unprofessional. I'll never go back. This place is run by children who work if they feel like it, whether you make an appointment or not. In all fairness, i did get 2 tats from james I was pleased with. Please please PLEASE stay away from this place. I got my septum pierced here months ago and they completely fucked it up. It was misaligned and hanged down way too low. I had to go to the Lab and get their piercer to fix it for me. I had to get my septum pierced twice in three days because I was too embarrassed to go out with the original piercing done by real ink. Right when we walked in the guys were very helpful and gave us their opinions on the places where we wanted to get tattoos and told us what to expect with pain. I went to Real Ink Tattoos & Piercings for my birthday. I almost backed out because I was so nervous about the nose piercing but after Quentin (who is an absolute doll! I adored him) reassured me that it wouldn't be bad and he helped me relax. The shop was clean and relaxing. I had my piercing done by Davey and I have a slight anxiety problem, but Davey was an angel. He was so gentle and amazingly nice, before I knew it, it was done. Afterwards, Quentin gave me a proper wrist tattoo and I am extremely pleased. He was quick and very detailed. And really funny, I might add. As a former owner of a tattoo shop, I was amazed to see a very professional team. I have walked in other tattoo shops that have an extremely rude team and felt like I was being robbed on prices. They we rent like other Tattoo shops where they are total dicks to you they helped me out as much as possible trying to find what type of writing i wanted with my portrait of my dog that i got on my chest.
