My friend and I decided to get matching ear piercings (double helix) when I was visiting her a few months ago. Initially, the staff was friendly and gave clear instructions on how to care for my ear piercing. Melissa told me to not use q tips, and specified to use Johnson's Baby soap to clean the ear. She pierced me with small earrings and told me that my ear may swell, so I may need to get them changed to larger earrings. After a few days, my ear swelled, nearly engulfing the piercing. They promised to refund me my original payment, which I appreciated, but I did not receive my money until a month later since they kept putting off sending the check in the mail. Unfortunately now I have to live with a large amount of scar tissue on my ear unless I want to invest in cosmetic surgery, and not to mention the back of my ear being severely deformed. I would not recommend this place not only because of what happened to myself physically, but the customer service I received afterwards. Read Less
