Phil is an absolutely astonishing artist!
My friend and I were in Shreveport for her birthday and we looked this place up prior. Within a short number of days I had a sketch that was better than what I gave him and when I went in for a tattoo, I got a tattoo that FAR exceeded my expectations. So much detail and shading.....I’m astonished at how fantastic it turned out.
Phil is an absolute sweetheart with gentle hands and he made me feel comfortable and we laughed and joked the whole time. The place is clean as a whistle and the people are awesome. My friend also got tattooed from Fia, and her tattoo turned out incredible. Fia is a riot and was also super sweet and caring. You can’t go wrong with this place.

I goggle for a tattoo shop in Shreveport, LA that would be able to do one for my 16 year daughter. Port Rose was rated a 5 star and had excellent reviews. When I called Fia was so kind and understanding to my needs. We took a 3 hour drive from Texas to see Fia. I can not express how wonderful she was to my daughter and me. I will give "FIA" all 5 stars because she is the BEST!!

I highly recommend Port Rose! Phill is the best! Goes above and beyond to make sure your tattoo looks amazing. Takes his time and his line work and shading is outstanding. I wouldn't use anyone else!

My friend and I were in Shreveport for her birthday and we looked this place up prior. Within a short number of days I had a sketch that was better than what I gave him and when I went in for a tattoo, I got a tattoo that FAR exceeded my expectations. So much detail and shading.....I’m astonished at how fantastic it turned out.
Phil is an absolute sweetheart with gentle hands and he made me feel comfortable and we laughed and joked the whole time. The place is clean as a whistle and the people are awesome. I goggle for a tattoo shop in Shreveport, LA that would be able to do one for my 16 year daughter. Port Rose was rated a 5 star and had excellent reviews. When I called Fia was so kind and understanding to my needs. We took a 3 hour drive from Texas to see Fia. I can not express how wonderful she was to my daughter and me. I will give "FIA" all 5 stars because she is the BEST!!
