DO NOT GO HERE. HOLY COW SO BAD. Upon supposedly good reviews, I had booked an appointment over a month in advance for my travelplans. My appointment was for noon. No one was at the shop until at least 12:10-12:15. The woman who signed me in was sweet. However, my artist was awful. Josh was unpleasant, unprofessional, and clearly did not want to tattoo my illustration or work with me on it. I had a very specific and clear illustration for what I wanted, including a pre-drawn professional idea. What he presented me was so poorly drawn and not at all what I sent over that I was dumbfounded. It was uneven, scribbly, and like he did it in his sleep. He did not even introduce himself!!! I had to leave after I told him that was not what I sent over, and he visibly expressed annoyance at the paperwork and the images in my file. Very disappointed, and luckily I found a great artist who could fit me in. After talking to other artists and finding a GREAT shop, it's clear that once upon a time this shop may have been great, but now it's so touristy that they clearly don't need to provide quality tattooing any longer. Go here if you want a shitty mardi gras tattoo, message me if you want the name of a legitimate shop in NOLA.Shittiest part is I haven't even got my deposit back. What a scam. Read Less

I got my second tattoo here while on vacation(first one was very tiny and seven years ago), the staff was pretty friendly, especially the front desk. My artist(jimmy, I think) was also very nice, made conversation with me and my friend while he was doing his thing. He did a beautiful piece that was very similar to a picture I brought in, but just different enough to make it special. No issues so far(three days ago). I was in and out in maybe 15-20 minutes, maybe even less. The only thing I'd wish differently is a little more instruction on how to care for my tattoo afterwards, which I can look up on the internet no problem but I feel like I'm never sure what to trust because I'm not super familiar with tattoo aftercare. Friday night and I'm wandering around Frenchman's St in a happily delirious fog of food and drink and my travel companions and I decide we absolutely must commemorate our trip to the Big Easy with a permanent reminder of the event. We are waiting for our dinner reservation at Adolpho's downstairs at the tiny yet wildly fun Apple Barrel rocking to Jack Sledge bang out old school classics from Little Richard and CCR and the like and I look out the window and realize that a long standing member of the tattoo community is sitting right across the street. Electric Ladyland tattoo was one of the vendors at the San Francisco tattoo expo that I really liked the art of the staff when I got my 1st tat oh those many years ago. So off we shuffle the excruciatingly long way across the Rue and we set up our appointment. No well the books are closed and we don't have anything for the next month, instead we are told "we will see you 3 on Sunday." We arrived a little early and told to hang out and about 1/2 hour later the 1st of our 3 artists come out and takes our 1st victim away. She's just getting an 8 ball on her ankle. My artist, Twiggy, comes out and introduces himself and shows me what he's worked up. I've chosen to be marked with a Fluer de Lismostly because it's my teams sigil but also because I needed something different from the dragons and guns and skulls if had in the past. Twiggy excuses himself and says he's going to prepare for me. Now at this point I've forgotten my 1st and only rule for New Orleans, relax and take things as they come and never rush. I'm getting a little anxious and start wondering just how long it takes to set up for a black and gray tattoo. I mean it's only 2 colors right? Black and gray. I mentioned it to my friend and she says I'm glad they aren't rushing us in and out. I remember my credo at that point and relax into the sweet embrace of the edibles I'd consumed a little while ago and enjoy the music rocking in the background. Finally Twiggy comes out and beckons me into the back. Back at the his work space he explains what we are about to do and where he's thinking the best spot for the work will be. Now I've seen and enjoyed watching some of the tattoo shows, Miami Ink and Ink Master, and I remember noting that the people that got really fucked up ink are the ninnies that do not trust the pros that are permanently embellishing their skin and let them do their work. I told Twiggy right off that I trusted him not to make a mess of my flawless beauty and that he could do as he saw fit. He applied the transfer of my pattern on to the agreed upon position and asked me to take a look. I chose instead to ask my friends in the waiting room and they all agreed that it looked good and so off we went. Twiggy started as most do by pulling a couple small lines. I assume this is not only just a good way to begin but it must be a test for the applicator to gauge how well the applicant will sit for them. Happily for me Twiggy had a very light touch. I've always considered myself a bit of a Nancy when it came to pain and the piercing of my flesh with anything, I a word I HATE pain! I know a guy should man up and deal with whatever life throws at him. FUCK that! Pain hurts! But I sat through this session with such ease I truly wanted to pay myself on the back. Although, it had nothing to do with me. I don't know how long I was on the table but it seemed like minutes and before I knew it I was done. The other 2 in my party were waiting for me by the time I was done and we all compared stories and we're all equally as happy as the next! If you find yourselves on Frenchman's St or in New Orleans please go see these guys. But as is posted on the wall" Be nice or leave" in other words don't be a dick! TRUST your artist! It's their job to make you look good! Just as a chef or bartender wants to fill your belly with a sumptuous meal or quenching libations(go to Adolpho's and Bar Tonique for those) the artists at Electric Ladyland are there to adorn you with an EVERLASTING remembrance of the fantastic time you just spent in THEIR city. Came in here on vacation to New Orleans and my experince was nothing short of superb. Staff was extremely friendly and the attention to cleanliness was very apparent. This was my first time getting a tattoo and Ritchi was very patient, friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. He made sure that my tattoo turned out better than I had even hoped for. Went as a walk-in and was greeted by the friendly front desk staff. Paid my $60 to reserve a spot for later in the day. Very clean facility and I was happy with the end result. What I was not happy with was the $140 price tag for my 1 inch by 2 inch simple, one color, tattoo. I paid less money for a larger more complex tattoo done by someone that was on the show Ink Masters. I have multiple small tattoos that ranged from $50-$75 and I would have been ok if it was a little more since I'm on vacation and the place was busy. I really didn't like the price surprise especially since it's all in cash and I feel obligated to tip on top of that. The artist I had, Lori, isn't listed currently listed on their website. I would still recommend this place, just get a price estimate before you ink (even if you have 10 tattoos that are around same size). Read Less

Walked in and was helped pretty quickly, but the wait was a couple hours. We walked around and called again to see how long it was expected until we would be helped (because we were considering going to a different area of town if we had the time) and they said to head down and we would be next! It took about thirty minutes to get helped once we were there and Matt was super awesome. I was super nervous about this tattoo because I wanted the script to be hurt right, and it took a few times to find out I actually liked the first script he did the best and he was totally cool with it. He was speedy and my tattoo was JUST what I was looking for. It took about 10 minutes to get "Lust for life" done and it turned out perfect. Two of my other friends got tattoos that were pretty simple (an alligator and a plane) also done super quickly and turned out amazing. Will update with pictures once healed! Friend and I came down to New Orleans for a vacation. We knew we wanted to get a tattoo while down here, and researched tattoo shops. Electric Ladyland had great reviews. We picked out an artist and contacted the shop a few weeks before we came down. Communication was great. We put down our deposit and scheduled our appointment. The day we were supposed to get tattooed, they called to let us know our artist had called in sick and to see if we could reschedule. No biggie, life happens. We kept our day and time with a new artist. When we arrived, we were told that our new artist was running 15-20 minutes late. Again, no big deal. We stand around looking at the artwork. 20 minutes comes and goes. Two separate walk ins come in and get taken back within 10 minutes. Nobody has come to let us know what is going on. After 45 minutes of waiting with no clue where the guy was, we left. Didn't bother trying to fight over the non refundable $120 deposit. 15 minutes later, we got a call that our artist had finally shown up and they had noticed we were gone. They said to come back to the shop, but at this point, we didn't want them working on us. Read Less

Came here to get my 2nd tattoo during a trip to New Orleans for my birthday.  A guest tattoo artist from Washington State, Kier, was able to take me as a walk-in.  I did have to go back the next day for a retouch, since my symmetrical symbol wasn't symmetrical.  I got in no problem, and didn't have to wait when I got there.  No charge for the retouch. Kier was able to fix the tattoo, I could tell he genuinely felt bad that I had to go back.  It's still not quite symmetrical but I'm happy with it and I'm still pleased with the service I got. Four stars is an average of my two visits here. Visit One - Wow! Amazing! Five stars! I schedule an appointment ahead of time to make sure I would have enough time with my artist. I had a sketch of what I wanted plus some more notes for my artist, and she took her time modifying my sketch, changing it several times until it looked exactly how I wanted it. I also wasn't sure on the sizing I wanted, so she gave some great advice that helped me to make a choice. She made great conversation throughout, and if I needed a break, she was more than accommodating. Best tattoo experience ever! Visit Two - not as awesome, unfortunately. I would give it three stars. I can with the printout image of exactly what I wanted. They asked me to wait a little (no big deal, I was a walk-in) but then the artist said that he would not be able to do the tattoo the size that I wanted. I was disappointed because I wanted to give this shop my business again, but I also seriously respect that he declined rather than giving me a bad tattoo. Reime, thanks for making my experience easy and memorable. Traveling from Boulder, I made an appointment, gave a little direction for flowers to be added to an existing compass, and when I got there I was delighted by a drawing Reime had already done for me. After carefully placing it around the compass, tweaking scale, and hand-sketching on my skin, we were ready for permanent ink! Reime's spot is in the front window which is quite hilarious because I got to watch people walking by and be entertained by how entertained people on the other side of the glass were. Best spot for a "whim" tattoo experience in NOLA! 3 of us walked in on a Sunday evening with our tattoo already picked out.  Once we spoke to the chic at the counter, we were able to get them done an hour later.  Very busy place with about 4-5 tattoo artists present.  Prices are great! We got small tattoos which were $60 each.  One of my friends wanted two different tats so she had to return the next day because they were booked up for the night.  Which was fine with her. Chris is so great! I walked in on a Friday evening around 5pm and they were able to get me right in! So convenient, especially considering that I spontaneously decided to get another tattoo.  I sent him a picture of what I wanted and he made it better. I showed him where I wanted it and he made a suggestion as to where it would be best considering what part of my body it's on. Also, it has been 4 years since my last tattoo and I warned him that I was a bit nervous. He was patient with me and talked me through it the entire time which I super appreciated! I could have bought the ubiquitous tshirt or brought home some beads but that just wasn't enough. So, I enlisted the help of the amazing staff at ElectricLadyland Tattoo. Im now the proud owner of a gorgeous little Fleur de lis on my ankle. A permanent souvenir and reminder of my awesome trip. If you're in NOLA and feel the need for ink, I highly recommend this shop. Had a great experience at this shop compared to the other shop I stopped in. People actually wanted to sale quality tattoos here and "not just whip something up" as I was told in the other shop. I selected what I wanted from their giant selection of choices! Left the coloration up to the artist -Marc. He did a great job of matching colors with the current tatts I already have. The colors are almost mystical! Shop was clean and orderly. Marc was patient and not rushed. Made nice lines and very nice shading - an important thing in a good quality tattoo!!!!Experience overall was great! Walked in for a tattoo and was told it would be a short wait. Three hours until we even talked to an artist. Was informed it was a first come first serve basis, but they were taking people before us. I questioned the host about it and she said they had appointments. When I talked to the people who had appointments they said they made them that day but they made them after I was waiting for 3 hours. The lesson about this ship is if you are a walk in then just make an appointment for a half hour and you'll jump ahead in front of everyone else. I had been talking about getting another tattoo for months and decided our return trip to New Orleans would be the perfect opportunity. I emailed the shop with my idea and to ask if it'd be better to make an appointment or walk in, as what I wanted was really small. Within a few hours, Kat responded with the answers I was seeking and when I emailed back indicating my plans, Dominique got right back to me saying they would save my information for when I arrived. We arrived soon after the shop opened, but there were several people ahead of me already and we had something scheduled 2 hours later. Not wanting to rush anyone, I decided to make an appointment for the following day. I'm not sure who helped me, but she was super sweet in making sure the design in my file was correct, finding an appointment time to fit our schedule, and taking my deposit. I got there early for my appointment, expecting to have to wait, but was immediately checked in by another sweet employee who had me fill out my paperwork. By the time I completed it, Josh was finishing up with a consultation and reviewed what I wanted done, even explaining why I change I wanted wouldn't end up looking right. I waited a few minutes for him to set everything up, which honestly took longer than my actual tattoo. He was awesome and I have exactly what I wanted. You can look at their Instagram page and pictures posted here to see they do awesome, elaborate work, but I never felt like I was "less than" for getting a small, simple design like I have at other places. The shop was clean, professional, and does a steady business. They take cash and cards and a bonus- you can add a tip on your card or pay it in cash after your tattoo is done. Purely professional - - they take a lot of time up front to be sure they're giving you exactly what you want; the facilities are neat; the guidance for care of your new tattoo is medically appropriate; if you're trying to make a big mistake, they will let you know. My bestie and I went to get a set of traditional style tattoos and had a wonderful experience! The front desk greeted us warmly and we had a nice chat while filling out forms. I had brought in a rough sketch of what I wanted and Twiggy created an awesome tattoo out of my idea! He had a super gentle hand and professional manner. His station was super clean and when my 1st healing patch started to come off cause I was bleeding more than normal from being a tad more dehydrated than I should have been, he quickly cleaned my tat up and got me a new one! I had a wonderful experience at ELL.  I was visiting NOLA on memorial day weekend and got a traditional tiger tattoo from Sam D.  He has years & years of experience tattooing in Washington, and just recently relocated to this shop.  I highly recommend checking his portfolio out.  He moved quick but was light handed.  I was a bit worse for wear that day and he definitely helped me power through.   Anywho, this shop is HIGH volume and gets a ton of walk ins off the very busy Frenchmen St.  I stumbled in here close to closing time on a Saturday night to check out portfolios and book an appointment the next day, and the staff were patient and friendly with me (after what I assume was a long ass day).   The girl working the front desk (her name escapes me right now) is a gem!  She was literally managing 6-7 artists and a HOARD of people at the door at any given moment.  The shop was clean, easy going and professional.  I felt like I got a stellar deal on my tattoo.  ((((Side note: their shop minimum of $60 is a bangin deal - where i'm from most shops are $120 minimums.  Keep in mind, even if you want the teeniest tiniest tattoo, the artists have to set up, take down and sterilize their station for you.  That time and equipment used costs money)))). My friends and I were only in town for a few days but we made the Electric Lady a definite destination and we were NOT disappointed! We each got tattoos and the staff was awesome. They worked with us to find exactly what we wanted and paired us with artists that could deliver. Sam put a geometric cat on my sternum in remembrance of my first cat and and my current and it's now my favorite tattoo. He was fast, gentle and great to talk to during the process. Laurie did my tattoo and she was great! It turned out even better than I had envisioned it. I highly recommend this place if you are looking to add some artwork. From the time I entered, to the time I left, I felt important. Customer service is top notch. The whole place was clean, from the front waiting area, to the tattoo rooms, to the bathroom. I personally appreciate when a business invests in good toilet paper and good paper towels. The only thing I would change would be estimates. One girl told me a number and when I was asked to pay, the amount jumped. Also, paying beforehand is weird. I get that you don't want to get screwed over, but to pay ahead when there is a tip line is in poor taste. I didn't know if I would like my artist, so I can't really tip before I get my service. I loved her, but only had 20 bucks cash to give her after my tattoo. I'm a hairstylist and I can't imagine asking my clients to pay and tip before their service they receive. I would have given 0 star to this tattoo parlor... I had a terrible experience with this shop, at the exception of 2 employees: DOMINIQUE & TWIGGY (our tattoo artist). Here is the reason why for those of you interested in reading more: My girlfriend & I were on vacation for Memorial Day weekend 2018 in New Orleans (for the first time) and we had such a good stay we decided to get a tattoo. It was my 1st time getting one, and we selected this shop because it had good reviews on Yelp, and because my girl & I liked the work of the first tattoo artist we had an appointment with. After making an appointment over the phone, paying $120 deposit (for the two of us) and sending emails to the staff (so the artist would get prepared), we showed up to the shop the next day. Our meeting with the 1st tattoo artist, was a total disaster: She had no clue about the tattoos we wanted, was totally unprepared, asked my girlfriend to go online to purchase the rights for the font she wanted to use, couldn't download the file on her computer, and after 15min of "trying", she finally told her she couldn't do it. As for me, I wanted at first a very specific type of Fleur de Lis, about an inch and a half on my wrist. I had sent 24h in advance 2 exemples, and I was expecting her to come up with maybe 1 or 2 ideas of hers, since her work on Instagram looked very creative. When I talked to her, she said she couldn't give too much details to the tattoo because it was too small. She told me to look in their books, and choose "one of their million Fleur de Lis". But no, sorry, I refuse to tattoo on my body a common Fleur de Lis permanently, especially for my first time, knowing that what I was looking for was an ORIGINAL piece. She replied that they wouldn't not refund my $60 deposit! Dominique assisted to the "scene", and immediately realized what was going on. She talked to my girlfriend, and offered for her another tattoo artist whom she believed, would be more of a match. She also offered me to give me a refund if, after coming back again the same night with my girlfriend, I wouldn't vibe with the new tattoo artist. It's when we came back a few hours after that we met Twiggy. He told us he was still fairly new in the shop. He welcomed us all prepared, had the font my girl was dreaming of, and executed the tattoo so well, he inspired me to get one for myself! I came back an hour after with a different tattoo in mind, and I'm happy to see it today, exactly how I wanted on my left wrist, and both, my girlfriend & I would come back again, ONLY IF, we get Dominique & Twiggy to assist us. The impression that this shop left me is that they only care about money, and they don't take the time to offer a real personalised experience to their customers. Today, I received an email from one of their employees telling me my tattoo ideas were too detailed for the size I wanted! -Guys: YOU ARE 48H TOO LATE!!!!! My boyfriend and I decided that we wanted to commemorate our anniversary with tattoos and we walked into Electric Ladyland and they were able to take us right away. The guy working the front was lovely, unfortunately I didn't get his name, but we had Ritchi Rooster as our artist and we couldn't be happier with our tattoos. Ritchi was patient and professional, he said that he had been tattooing for 28 years which gave us a lot of confidence in his work, especially for my boyfriend who was getting his first tattoo (I was getting my 10th). I set an appointment to have my tattoo "freshened up" on vacation to New Orleans. After visiting the shop, the artist I booked (Madame L) suggested that Reime should do my tattoo and we all discussed options. Reime started my tattoo the next day at noon and did not stop until it transformed into a beautiful piece of art!! I truly appreciate Madame L suggesting that Reime would be a match for what I wanted, and that Reime was patient with me and took the time to hear my wishes. My tattoo artist was Twiggy. He's new to the shop, but not new to being a tattoo artist. The owner of the shop recruited him to the shop, and it's clear to see why: he was incredibly professional (asking ME for time to get himself ready, as if I was his boss - a sign of respect for his customers), he gave sound advice in terms of placement of my tattoo, and took a vested interest in my own design to make sure it came out looking the best it could on my arm in tattoo form. He was quick yet precise, not heavy handed, and checked in with me to ensure comfort. 10/10 would seek him out specifically. Additionally, with the volume of people who came into the shop with inquiries, I was shocked at how patient and professional the entire staff was, even when there was a line 15 people deep. Great place..the price was standard (that's what most the bad reviews we about) but people should know that good tattoos are not cheap and cheap tattoos are not good. This is a permanent piece of art on your body. Anyways, The front desk lady was very friendly and welcoming and she was attentive to my ideas and I got a consult right away. I have two tattoos now. Both of my pieces are from ELT. I do not even live in New Orleans, but I knew when the time came for my second tattoo I'd come back.My first was a small piece on my foot, this was about 6 years ago. The artist was a guest and I wish I could remember who did it but I don't. I was a walk in and told him what I had in mind, left for lunch and came back and he had drawn up exactly what I had in mind. No wait and he worked fast. My second was done by Madame L. It is on my upper shoulder area. Since I thought this one out I corresponded with the shop via email and phone. Everyone I delt  with was super professional. The gal on the phone was a bit abrupt but not rude. At the shop when I got there and she showed me the piece she drew up I screamed it was Perfect! I just love my new piece so much. Even though I live in Houston (and we have tons of amazing shops) I really put my money, trust and faith into this shop. What happens in NOLA stays in NOLA right? Well anyway.. my bf and I decided that we both were going to get our long-awaited tattoos down here as part of our long-awaited NOLA trip. We stopped in on a Monday afternoon after being told they accepted walk-ins. They were completely packed around 1 pm and were told that for what we were both getting would take a few hours... aka it would be best to make an appt. for the following day. We both gave the receptionist an idea of what we were going to get and she went ahead and set us up for two appointments for Tuesday at 12 pm & 2 pm.We arrived the next day & my bf went first. His artist, Kenny, was super friendly and chill. It was his first tattoo and he was great about explaining aftercare and how to make sure it was properly healed. Very nice guy and quite the perfectionist! His tattoo turned out great and he already wants more!I was up next and it was also my first tattoo. My artist, Bobby was also amazing. I got mine on my ribs so it wasn't the most pleasant experience but he did such an amazing job and allowed me to take short breaks when I needed to. Very professional as well. Overall, I think we paid a fair price for both and we both tipped well because we loved the outcome. If you're visiting NOLA or even if you live in the area, I highly recommend Electric Ladyland. She made my experience 10x better, i'm usually a nervous girl but my nerves went away once we started talking. My cousin and I were in New Orleans, tearing up the town, and we happened to walk by this place.  I dragged her in and said "I'm getting a souvenir!"  I chose a great little fleur de lis flash in honor of the city, and my artist had me on the table within 30 minutes.  Now I previously got a fairly massive tattoo on my arm a few years back.  I likened that pain to a root canal.  This tattoo... well, I barely felt it - it was less painful that a horsefly bite!  And it's super cute.  I'd recommend this place, hands down! We had just had a great meal at Adolfo's and had been talking about getting some new ink. Both my boyfriend and I already have tattoos and we're not one to get new ink on vacation but it's NOLA and it's out favorite city to visit so here we were.Electric Ladyland is clean with a friendly staff and very professional. I wanted something small and simple, he wanted something simple, as well. They were closing in an hour but still had time to take both of us. Lori ended up doing my tattoo and she did a fantastic job! She was personable and easy to chat with as she tatted me up. They take all major credit cards but tip must be in cash. The shop minimum for upper body is $60, and $80 for lower body. The receptionist was super sweet and took care of all the paperwork. I'm sure they get a bunch of drunk people that wander in for any ol' tattoo but their website clearly states that they will NOT tattoo anyone who is drunk. I was in NOLA for a few days, and I felt that familiar itch-- I needed a new tattoo. I called this shop in the morning, told 'em I'd be in the afternoon. I made my way there, spoke with the front desk about my design, etc. They told me to come back in an hour-- I grabbed a drink across the street-- and they called my cell saying my artist was ready within 40 minutes. I was freaking blessed to work with Chris DeAngel, who was super open to tweaking my design & working with me so that the work would be exceptional. And it totally is. But I'll get to that.Chris was clean, professional, and friendly. My forearm piece was completed in about an hour, and it was just a really awesome experience. He wrapped me, I tipped well, and I was on my way to dinner. Easy as pie, y'all. It's been a month or so, and my tattoo from this shop has healed beautifully. Electric Ladyland Tattoo took the time to understand my project, drew it, made me validate it, etc before I got inked up. The artist admitted it was "monkey work" not real artwork...but they charged a higher rate than expected. It was my 16th piece and their minimum is affordable, however, good luck getting quoted a minimum. If you are ok with over priced tatt work, then you will be ok. Researched best shops in New Orleans. I initially  wanted  a large cover up piece. I was able to send photos ne email ahead of time and get great professional advice right away. My husband and I decided to show up the next day wgen the shop opened. It was really busy already. We took some time to pick out what we each wanted. We are both really happy with our ink. The only problem I had was with the waiting time. I wasted lile two hours just hanging out in the lobby when I could have ran other errands. So we duly trotted down to Frenchmen Street.. the best street in New Orleans in our opinion, fantastic atmosphere. And Electric Ladyland, well, fab! Friendly staff, two beautifully executed fleur de Lis by Marc da Sharc on me and my husband, two very happy punters! Not least because, having been asked if we were Australian for most of the time we were there, Marc immediately knew we were English ...yay!! My friend and I stopped by during spring break after hearing impressive reviews. The receptionist (Bridget) was very friendly and knowledgeable and gave input on what designs would translate into good tattoos and age well. She even spent at least an hour helping my friend choose his dream tattoo! My artist (Kenny) did a great job creating a tattoo from a rough sketch that i had brought in as well! I was in NO to see family and decided that I needed to get a tattoo done in one of my favorite cities. The vibe in the city just screams 'GET A TATTOO.' And also, 'show your boobs,' but that's a different review.I went in and was greeted quickly, the wait wasn't long at all. I had a really simple idea for a tattoo and I emailed it to them. They had to add a name to the design I chose and the one they did integrated really well with the one I had chosen. Great artist (I wish I could remember his name...ugh!). I was in and out in like 30 minutes (minus waiting which was minimal) and it ended up being less than the price they quoted me. In April I tagged along with my husband to Electric Ladyland while he got a tattoo... but as we were waiting I decided that I wanted one too. I was directed to Scott Barbier, and after giving him a brief description of what I wanted (an American traditional style chihuahua head) he sketched up the most perfect little doggo. It was a fine enough process and healed up nicely. A few weeks ago I was back in New Orleans and wanted to get a little companion to balance out my chihuahua. After giving him another quick description (american traditional style Persian cat head) he yet again delivered a pretty damn cute tattoo.Both are 100% what I wanted. Hooray for Scott.I noticed a decent amount of reviews about the customer service and to be honest I thought the women who helped us were really great. Sure, they're extremely no-nonsense, but when you think about the amount of silliness they put up with from tipsy tourists on a daily basis, I don't blame them.
