Yesterday around noon I messaged the shop's Facebook asking if my 4 coworkers and I would be able to schedule an appointment for 6:30 to come in and get matching tattoos, which were only an inch or two sized, maybe a 20 minute tattooing time. I was told to call the shop and speak to Everett to confirm and told that it wouldn't be an issue. My coworker called and confirmed shortly after. We ended up only having a group of 4 instead of 5, which I thought was to his advantage. I was told this man was immediately rude and pissed off to even still be there at 6:30. They arrived and I was on my way as they were starting up the third person. My coworker called me to tell me not to bother coming because this dude was so fed up and rude because he couldn't be home already and refused to tattoo the fourth person of the group, me. He apparently made blatantly rude comments throughout the entire process and complained about doing his JOB the entire time. I have never had an issue with this shop and am livid at the disrespect my coworkers dealt with yesterday. Not dissing the other employees of this establishment because I've never had a problem in the past, but clearly Everett will not be getting another penny from us in the future. Get his sorry ass out of there. To say I'm pissed about the entire situation is an understatement.

I used to love Turning Point, I actually got four and a half tattoos there. The last one, I prepaid $300 to an artist who was later fired. I had half of the tattoo completed and was scheduled to get the other half completed before the artist was fired. The owner refused to give me a refund of my money, ($150) and the artist refuses to give me my money either. Also, neither would complete my tattoo. So basically, the shop/artist stole $150 from me. I will never go there again. They’re not an honest company and obviously the owner, Eric, does not take responsibility for his employees.

Set up a consultation with James and he blew me off. I waited for 45 minutes. Didn't get a text from him till 3 hours later. I agreed to give him another chance and the douche bag blew me off again. 20 minutes of waiting and I left. The people that work with him are nice but he needs to learn some manners. Never will I go back to an establishment that can't respect their customers better. My time is just as valuable as his.

Went in for my first ever tattoo, and got two in one sitting. James did an excellent job. He joked with me and helped me laugh through the pain. I would definitely send friends here.

I absolutely love Turning Point Tattoos and my artist James Laing. I originally came in looking for color work done for my first arm piece. Eric recommended James and now I have 2 pieces on my forearms and working on a full sleeve on the right. James is always easy to work with and has a wealth of knowledge on composition, color and body mapping. Scheduling an appointing with James is super easy as he works with my sometimes crazy schedule and I'm always happy with the result when I go! All of the guys who work here are super friendly and professional. For custom work, this is where it's at and it's what keeps me coming back for 5 years now.

Absolutely love Turning Point Tattoos and my artist James Laing. I've been coming back for 5 years now. I originally came in looking for color work done for my first arm piece. James Laing will overcharge you and refuses to answer his phone when it's time to complete a big project. Mark Goodrich had done some beautiful work for some very close friends of mine, he's a talented and professional artist. James Laing is a useless piece of s**t who cant stay employed because he doesn't take care of his clients. Good shop, really good in fact, but steer clear of James.

I have gotten tattoos by both Mark and Marx here including a quarter sleeve. I constantly get complements on their work. It is a clean place. I felt safe getting my work done there and I'm a RN.

Yesterday around noon I messaged the shop's Facebook asking if my 4 coworkers and I would be able to schedule an appointment for 6:30 to come in and get matching tattoos, which were only an inch or two sized, maybe a 20 minute tattooing time. I was told to call the shop and speak to Everett to confirm and told that it wouldn't be an issue. My coworker called and confirmed shortly after. We ended up only having a group of 4 instead of 5, which I thought was to his advantage. I was told this man was immediately rude and pissed off to even still be there at 6:30. I used to love Turning Point, I actually got four and a half tattoos there. The last one, I prepaid $300 to an artist who was later fired. I had half of the tattoo completed and was scheduled to get the other half completed before the artist was fired. The owner refused to give me a refund of my money, ($150) and the artist refuses to give me my money either. Also, neither would complete my tattoo. So basically, the shop/artist stole $150 from me.
