i went to this place to ask about my septum. i had called before hand and said my septum ball had fallen out and the guy over the phone said i could come up to the store and he could fix it! i went th...
i went to this place to ask about my septum. i had called before hand and said my septum ball had fallen out and the guy over the phone said i could come up to the store and he could fix it! i went there and i told the guy working in the front my ball had fallen off and i needed help to put it back on which i tried a few hours to do myself. the guy then proceeded to tell me he doesn’t know how to do that. ( what? you’re a pericing and tattoo place. you do septum’s and you have the piercings to do so?) then he told me i would have to buy a whole new piercing then he could put it in. ( i had just gotten my septum 2 days before and you’re not supposed to change the jewelry that early) safe to say i won’t be going back! the piercer was clueless and rude!

Walked in saw a lady arguing with the artist already knew this was not the place to get a tattoo I waited for her to leave talked to the artist about doing a sleeve he said he doesn’t do black ink, he was rude in the tone of voice and Obviously an amateur seemed to be racist,I will never go back don’t waste your time and money here.

So, here's the deal. This place lost my business as soon as the guy made it into the second word of his sentence. He was rude with his nasty tone when I asked for a quote on a tattoo. Simple and small...
So, here's the deal. This place lost my business as soon as the guy made it into the second word of his sentence. He was rude with his nasty tone when I asked for a quote on a tattoo. Simple and small is all I wanted and he interrupted me to inform me that "it ain't happenin'" and the particular tattoo I chose could not be small. Well, he was not only rude, but wrong. I assume because you can't see the large amount of tattoos I have because they're covered by clothing, I was taken for an idiot who he didn't want to waste time on. Thanks to him, his business lost my money and my sister's money tonight and it's now being taken by atomic tattoo. Guess these guys are more competent in placing tattoos since they are able to accommodate the customers requests and they're able to do it with kindness.

My husband and I visited this studio very recently. My husband was in the market for a tattoo and Jeff and his staff were very polite and professional and very helpful during the selection process. Jeff did an amazing job on his tattoo. I actually had no intention of getting another tattoo but I decided too and I'm very pleased with the outcome as well as the process! I highly recommend this place and we will definitely return. You won't be sorry giving them a try.

I've gotten 4 out of 5 tattoos done here, 1 by Jeff and 3 by Wesley and the only one I didn't get there Wesley touched up. Great people that do great work! I highly recommend them!

I believe it was Wes did my tattoo over a year ago and it still looks great. He was very friendly and patient with me when I was hurting. I wanted a simple puzzle piece on my foot and he even added some white to it for a shading effect. I do need it touched up because it had gotten infected due to my own care. Does anyone know if he is still there?

My daughter and I drove in from Texas and visited several salons. Many of which I found to be extremely rude. Ultimate image was completely different. Ross and crew answered all my questions Ross even took 3 of my calls when I had more questions. My daughter and I got gorgeous tattoos that beautifully signify the loss of a loved one. Ross even fixed a botched tattoo for my daughters boyfriend. Ross did mention he's color blind this in NO way hindered his ability!! Ross you rock!!! Thanks for a great experience.

I walked in and was waiting for a good few minutes while everyone behind the counter were talking with one another so i walked up and said excuse me. a guy with out even looking at me said look on the wall to find what you want. i said i know what i want i have some questions. so a girl listened to y questions and answered all she could but when i askeed the price of getting a nae 4 letters long she turned to the affore entioned guy and agin with out bothering to stand up or look at me said 100$. like really. their service sucks and their prices re crazy. Dont bother. the only reason they have a 1 star rating is because i cant not give them a star and leave a review
