Aimee did an amazing job on my first tattoo. She was a polite, professional, and fast worker and made my tattoo experience very enjoyable. When I came in, she was just about to start on someone else, and said she would call me when she was done with her and did not disappoint. The tattoo itself is gorgeous and is all that I hoped it would be. Thank you, Atomic Heart!

My friend and I were looking to get small matching tattoos on our inner arm while she was in town for the day. We went to Atomic Heart on a Saturday at around 4:30pm and it was empty other than one guy getting tattooed. We walked up to an older lady behind the counter, she didn’t greet us right away, but we told her we didn’t have an appointment. She asked what we wanted done, so we showed her our picture. She looked at it for a second and then quickly said, “Yeah I can’t do that today.” Didn’t try to offer any alternatives. Didn’t really seem to want our business, to be honest. We were both like, “Oh.... okay. Well, thanks” and left. To me, it felt like why even ask to see the picture if you didn’t have the time to do something as simple as we were asking?
I can’t say the tattooing was bad or anything, but the customer service aspect is still just as important in my opinion. It’s unfortunate that my friend and I couldn’t get the tattoos we wanted at a shop we were genuinely excited to visit. I hope that no one else has this kind of experience because I think Atomic Heart is better than what we encountered today.

My son wanted a tattoo for his 17th birthday but in Texas he has to be 18 even with my consent :-(I found a Atomic Heart on Facebook and after reading the great reviews and seeing examples of their work I knew this was the perfect place to bring my son. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and welcoming experience. My son was nervous since this was his first tattoo but Chisty made it a good experience and did a fantastic job!I know we will be back soon.

Terry has done a few piercings for me. Highly recommend him! Answered all my questions. the piercing area is a comfortable setting. And his personality kept it fun and light hearted. Witty banter helped!

Fan for life! To start, Atomic Heart has a fantastic environment. Clean, creative, professional, and very comfortable. Christy was incredible. She was ready to ink right as the shop opened and happily took my walk in design after I called ahead. The entire process from calling in to leaving with my healing instructions was smooth and professional. Impressed every step of the way. I look forward to my next visit so say the least.

My friend and I were looking to get small matching tattoos on our inner arm while she was in town for the day. We went to Atomic Heart on a Saturday at around 4:30pm and it was empty other than one guy getting tattooed.
