***Update Included Below*** Hospitable and welcoming artists who worked hard to make sure their customers were satisfied with both the art and the experience. We had four separate tattoos done for four different people with four very different ideas, and each one loved the experience. Most certainly would recommend! **To provide an update on tattoo quality in addition to the customer interaction: the two people who went in and saw Rich are both highly satisfied with his work. On was simply writing, but another had some small geometric shapes which were executed perfectly. Both of Walt's customers were less satisfied, although one was due to sizing (so she was able to check beforehand and still gave the go ahead). The more notable case of dissatisfaction, however, is due to some lines that were not entirely straight (which was what was requested) and uneven filling of a solid color (there are patches that reveal more of the natural skin tone compared to others that are solid color). Overall still satisfied, but less so than the moment of leaving the store. I'd say 3.0-3.5 stars overall, but any sort of middle rating isn't an option. Read Less
